Marcel's Bakery
Marcels USED to be good. Bought Monay, Cinnamon Buns & Pan de Coco first thing Saturday morning. It tasted stale & was hard. Once upon a time Marcels was the best. Now, the quality has dropped considerably. Support another local bakery (Mings for me, & no I don’t work for them; they actually serve food that’s fresh, soft & actually delicious).

Worst bakery ever. I placed an order for ensaymada, paid the day of the order, the day of the pick up the workers were trying to make me pay again in order to receive the goods. When the goods were received the baked goods were dry and hard. Do not recommend! Order from somewhere else if you want good customer service! Worker was rude and arrogant started raising her voice at me.

Brought cookies and turons from here. I was extremely disappointed, the cookies (sugar, M&M, and chocolate chip) tasted horrible almost like a baking powder taste, old and very dry. The Turon weren't tasteful either, the plantain was not ripe and just weren't good at all. Very dissatisfied and threw the order out.

My favourite bakery to pick up pandesal from. I also enjoy the sugar cookies which aren't too sweet and the mamon pastry. Nice place close to home with quality Filipino goods!

Always friendly staff! variety of baked goods is plenty. if theres fresh cooked hot pandesal, they always offer it to customers. i always come back to this place. i dontt understand the 1star negative comments.

Best pandesal (Filipino-Spanish bread) ever! They also have other good pastries. The only downside is they only accept either cash or debit payment.

Super disappointed with how we were treated here. My cousin ordered here for her social, paid ahead of time, and when we came to pick up, they didn't believe that we paid because the worker forgot to staple the receipt to the order. They held our order hostage until we showed the bank statement for the order, or for the receipt. Thank goodness we kept the receipt, not everyone keeps them. Also what would they have done if we paid in cash, so there would be no proof from our bank statement, then what would they have done?
