My pet rat Donny had a respiratory infection last year, and I decided to take him to Millennium because of their claims to specialize in small pets. I cant remember the doctors name, but he was amazing and treated Donny for his infection. Flash forward a year later, two weeks ago Donny became very sick. He was 2 years old and it was his time. I hand fed him at home and took care of him, I didn’t want to believe it was his time to cross the rainbow bridge. I thought there must’ve been something the vet could do. I booked him an appointment and brought him in. Again, I can’t remember the doctors name because I was a wreck, but she was amazing. Very calm and soft spoken, caring, and treated my baby with dignity and respect. She told me there was nothing we could do. It was his time and the fair option was to lay him to rest. She and the other assistants let me have as much time with Donny in privacy so I had the chance to say goodbye. She walked me through all of the options, whether I wanted to get him cremated etc. although I could not be with him when they put him to sleep for my own safety, I trusted him with them whole heartedly. When they brought him back to me, they gave me a card and a piece of paper with his paw prints. I could not afford cremation, although I wanted it to carry him with me wherever I go. This card is so special to me and I don’t know how to thank the staff enough. Although this was a very difficult experience for me, they made it all perfect. I would recommend Millennium City Veterinary Hospital to everyone with all pets of all shapes and sizes. I will be coming here for all of my other animals as well. I would like to thank the team for helping me through one of the most difficult times of my life. I appreciate all you do so much. I couldn’t imagine doing your job & you are all so important and special for taking care of all of the fur babies. Thank you for helping Donny & I. ❤️

I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent care for their pets. We recently had two of our birds treated by Dr. Tamara Dzikewicz and are so happy with the care they received. Our birds were treated with such compassion by all the staff.. Treatment was thoroughly explained .... expected outcomes etc. I also appreciate the fact that they were able to take my birds in an emergency. I would not hesitate to take my pets here.

Friendly staff, visits are quick. Flexible appointments. Clean office, ample parking at the back. Easy location to find as it is right off the highway and on a main road. Prices are reasonable. Best of all they have a specialized vet for rabbits.

I was recommended this place by a friend, specifically for their exotics vet. The service far exceeded my expectations! Dr. Sugi is a rare find. She is gentle, patient, and knowledgeable about reptiles. She did a thorough exam and answered all of my questions. The thing that really sets this place apart is their pricing and transparency. I am considering switching my cat over as well.

Dr Tamara and the staff were amazing. It was my first time bringing my bunny to the vet because I was afraid she was developing GI stasis. Dr Tamara was so gentle and lovely with my bunny Sugar during her examination. You can see her genuine love for pets. Immediately, I felt at ease with her presence as I was very worried for my little bun the whole night prior. Thankfully, everything was fine and my bunny didn’t have GI stasis. I was sent home with critical care & medication. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I went home as a very happy bun mama.

My pup had to come in for a small emergency. And we were greeted by the amazing staff at this site. The vet herself was very welcoming and very knowledgeable. She was very helpful and she was super supportive with my pup who sometimes can be scared of new things. Her confidence made it easy for me and my pup. We’ll definitely be coming back if needed. Btw Nibs says “thank you for making me feel better and getting rid of my ouchies, and I loved those liver bites”

My cat started experiencing frequent urination on Friday evening and as luck would have it, it was Canada Day the following day. I thought I would bring my cat Danny to see his vet on Tuesday/Wednesday, but I was becoming more concerned so I checked the website and called Millennium City on Monday July 3rd in the morning. From the first phone call onward, I was met by professional and caring staff who took excellent care of my cat. He had to go back for his urinalysis the following day and the staff took time to explain everything very clearly and listened to me. Dr. Tamara Dzikewicz gave me a list of options and methodically explained the reason for each test and treatment. I felt very comfortable and did not feel pressured into doing any of the procedures. Thank you for taking in Danny last minute and I would recommend anyone to bring their pets to see Dr. Tamara, the receptionists, and the vet techs!

I'm so grateful to the staff at this vet. We had one of our birds fall ill, and we took her to the sister clinic King Hopkins. After an overnight stay at that location, Millennium was able to take Kiki in the next day and took excellent care of her. While ultimately we had to make the decision to let our bird go, I'm comforted knowing she recieved excellent care until the end. We also decided to make an appointment to get our other bird checked, just in case, and they were able to make us an appointment within a day or 2. She ended up being healthy and the piece of mind means so much to us after such a loss. Would highly recommend this vet and their sister location King Hopkins.I also wanted to add that the bill was incredibly reasonable, both for the emergency and for the booked appointment.

I recently adopted a turtle, and it was clear her shell was not in good health. Millennium city set me up with an appointment quickly. The staff were all really friendly and very knowledgeable on turtles. It's only been a week and she is looking so much better. Millennium City has also been amazing at answering my emails with any questions I have. Definitely recommend them for anyone with exotic pets needs.
