we have not moved in yet however John has been easy to reach and answers all questions. Chris has been super helpful and always has such a pleasant demeanor! I'm looking forward to this new chapter :)

The management in the building is exceptional, highly-rated and most certainly well qualified. Chris as the head manager in the building is what makes Royal Flats accomedating to many folks from different ages, i enjoyed my time as a tenant there due to his management. He made sure to notify me of the hours at the gym, gave me tips on how to navigate the downtown are and did not give me much trouble, rather he only added more layers of enjoyment to my experience at the residence.My two complaints would be the rent prices which were too much for me to bear as a bachelor, however if you plan to move in as a couple then you would not have a rough time dividing the rent. My second complaint is that I had a rough time with John, he would take a long time to respond via calls or emails and when I wanted to transfer my lease, the process took more than it should, which was frustrating to say the least.However that may be, Chris, Jessica and Paul will be sure to assist you along the way and that is coming from a previous tenant who lived there.Also as a side note! Paul runs a side business as a carpenter, so he will be sure to fix or assemble any furniture of your choosing.Thanks for the great service Chris and I appreciate your help!

Amazing staff that take great care of the property!Excellent living spaces in a very clean, quiet building.Secured parking, secured access, and plenty of accessibility accommodations for those who need them!The property management was very attentive and helpful through the entire application and moving process.If there is a vacancy, and you want a beautiful apartment in the downtown core of Guelph, there is no better option!
