===Edit Jul 1st====They did come to follow up with me to pair up deficiencies after a few months. The repair workers were nice and friendly.=============I had a pleasant experience working with Ramiz, the agent who handled the lease. Ramiz was always friendly and responsive.But I do not have good comments on the building itself.The one bedroom I had rented prior to the building completion date was less than expected.- the dishwasher was improperly installed, and two months in it still hasn't been fixed- no locker unit access till this day, and the management company did not actively reimburse us- the paint on the walls were done extremely rough, splotches of dried paint and dents could be seen on every wall- the light switches and electricity plugs were installed un-evenly. I've never seen a house where the switches were slanted into the wall on one side.Overall, for a condo that has rent (~2k) price comparable to Vancouver and Toronto, I had expected the very basics to be done.If the building was not ready for move-in, please just say so instead of rushing everything just so another month's rent could be collected.Renters should be aware that there's a $1 transaction fee that we need to pay each time we pay rent.

I purchased a unit from DTK Condos- pre build and pre Covid. There were expected delays during Covid- however I must say the Company went above and beyond in their communications. I found they were very professional throughout.On completion, I was very impressed by the workmanship and quality. I must say it is a beautiful building. There is attention to detail and the materials used look classy.A telling tale- on a visit pre occupancy, I ran into some workers who were very interested in how I liked the unit. You could tell there was a pride in the work.On completion, there was really very minor cosmic items to pay attention to.Overall I am extremely happy with my unit and I would definitely recommend DTK.

Had an amazing experience leasing here. Ramiz was very punctual and took the time to answer all of our questions and meet with us to go over anything we were interested in knowing. Would definitely recommend contacting him if you're looking to move.

Horrible rental application process. They make it impossible to be approved if you don't follow capitalist practices (i.e. being employed in a 9-5 type job on salary making the rent x3). Requested the most invasive information from me, only to deny my application because I'm self employed.Definitely not going to be a good fit for someone who bumps up against elitist ideologies.

Great experience! Ramiz was super helpful and responds to emails with lightning speed. He had no issue letting us take measurements to ensure our furniture would fit and gave a great tour of the building. Can't wait to move in! Thanks for all your help Ramiz!

One of the reasons behind choosing this condo is supportive and friendly service of the agent, Mr. Ramiz. It's a blessing to live in this modernized, clean and pleasant environment in Kitchener.

From an urban design point of view, the tower and podium is less than good. The tower is bland and presents as generic condo" design with no architectural expression that contributes to a memorable cityscape. The podium is is worse than the renders and is blank glass curtain wall with no composition and rhythm for human scale and visual interest. The spandrel cladding screams cheap building materials that won't last 10 years. Big maintenance liability. The podium is just gross is all I can say..."
