Absolutely amazing customer service! Just before covid we planned to add another ring to my wedding set (which we originally had made with Ralph at Vandenbergs) for our 10 year anniversary. Fast forward a few years and another baby, we just went in and I am so very happy with my new ring! With the help of our designer Inah, we ended up taking my existing wedding band, reusing the gold and changing the diamond settings. She sat down with us, showed us some options and within one appointment was able to create a stunning design that absolutely captured what we were imagining.The quote she gave us was almost exactly the final cost and was ready in just a few weeks. Highly recommend.

Chelsea was hands down amazing! My husband designed my engagement ring with Chelsea and it was everything I could've dreamed of. The quality of the ring and the attention to detail that was taken in its curation was unparalleled. The ring was a total surprise and I couldn't love it more.We designed our wedding bands with Chelsea's help and she was so incredibly patient. We each had a very specific design in mind and she helped guide us each step of the way, she put up with many emails from us changing our minds and ultimately helped us design the rings of our dreams.We can't wait to wear them for the rest of our lives! My Fiancé worked closely with Vandenbergs for the perfect engagement ring! I do not like diamonds, so they went over and above to make the most beautiful Alexandrite solitaire engagement ring! The staff at Vandenburgs called all of their connections with gemstone dealers all over the world to bring in the perfect oval Alexandrite for my ring! We loved dealing with everyone so much, that we purchased our wedding bands from there, and we will be lifelong customers for all of our jewel needs. Absolutely recommend them to everyone looking for a one of a kind experience, and for one of a kind jewels! I can't rave enough about the staff and the unparalleled customer service we experience every time we walk in the store!

I went to Vandenberg's to get a custom engagement ring made. Guillermo was an absolute joy and made the whole experience memorable. I was given a tour of the workshop and a comprehensive breakdown of how the ring would be made. Most importantly the ring turned out exactly how I wanted with a high quality of craftsmanship. Highly recommended and will defiantly be coming back for our wedding bands.
