Great place all year round to get some exercise for your self and your hounds, While you do find a mix of off leash, Flexi/long lead and/or on a normal" leash

Pleasant walk on wide level gravel paths. Small beach and swimming area. Widely used in summer for waterskiing.

Nice man-made lake with clear water, great for kayaking and paddle boarding. When we visited, the water quality was not safe to swim, but it does look like a great lake to take a dip in and I'm glad they test the water quality for safety. There is a sandy area and rocky areas on the shore as well and the sides are very steep and sloped. The best spot to set up for a picnic seems to be near the docks. There is a small parking lot and overflow parking as well as port-a-pottys. Would be nice if there were some trees to hide" the cement plant adjascent go the lake because otherwise the scenery is beautiful."

The park itself is literally next to the Abbotsford airport. Has a decent sized lake where you could swim or boat. Has a small boat ramp and a nice little beach area too. There is a trail around the lake and a picnic area too. The parking is not too big and can fill up quickly

Great local spot.Nice trail around the lake with dog area for those who want it. Wakeboard , and float toy rentals. Decent swim area with floating dock and the lake is usually warm , beware the dock had goose droppings sometimes though. All of this 5 - 10 minutes from anywhere in Abbotsford.

This is my go-to spot for a sunny day. Whether I go for the day or just an hour... my kids and I love it. The swim area has lovely sand and easy access to the water. The path around the lake is also easy for kids on wheels or foot.Paddle boards, kayaks and canoes welcome. There is no source of water though... so make sure you bring lots.

Nice trail, never been before so I don't know how it will be in the summer, it is a nice walk around the lake and with a lot of nice spots with trees, nice ro bring your dog. A little dock for those who want to fish for fun. You will not find picknick tables, only sitting benches. There is a rental paddle boat and a small snack bar with drinks and sandwiches but nothing fancy, there is also a facility where you can waterskiing and a small swimming beach.I noticed there is a chicken barn right beside and my only concern is how it will be when hot temperatures will hit the spot with the smell of chicken manure.
