I recently purchased a wedding band from this store and had a very bad experience. Firstly, the store was not consistent with the promised date. Second, when the ring finally arrived (later then it was promised), it was stained and needed to be sent back to the jeweller. Again, they did not honour the promised time and the ring arrived late. This time, the ring was not only smudged but also SCRATCHED and had the engraving done TWICE. The manager made an effort to remove the engraving but offered no help to have the scratches fixed. The staff was completely nonchalant and unbothered, offering no solution and going so far as to try to convince us that WE were damaging the ring by touching" it. Overall

The best jeweller to buy gold pieces from. Chains, pendants, rings. I am super thrifty but I love gold, I get the best prices and the best selection at Armand Square One. If you want to buy a gold chain, gold bracelet or gold ring, come to this boutique. It is great, I always find exactly what I want.

Ordered a ring on Wednesday and picked it up on friday. Good price, well made and beautiful. Satisfied with the purchase. Will shop again.

They were very helpful. We were shopping for a ring and liked a style from another store. They were able to make the same ring for much less, and also delivered it much faster than anyone else in the mall was quoting. Another ring I bought from there was slightly the wrong style, which was the manufacture's fault as Armand didn't make that ring themselves, but the owner quickly sent it back with the sample I liked and made got me the exact ring I wanted again within a week. Very happy with my experience.

Over priced for poor designs bought a pair of earrings but didn’t realize till after i got home how easily the backing slid off

I am a long time customer of Armand Jewellers. I bought my wife’s engagement ring 25 years ago and have been a customer ever since. I recently purchased my wife an anniversary present and worked with Hiam to find the perfect gift. I was confused about what to purchase, Hiam was very patient and helped me figure out what to get for her. This store is great and offers great service and selection.

My friends and I go to jewelry store is always Peoples Jewellers, we decided to try and see what this store has to offer. Unfortunately the sales associate wasn't friendly and accommodating at all! Can't even let us touch or see the jewellery we wanted to see. Due to insurance policy".. we went back to peoples intead and bought stuff we wanted to buy!.So disappointing."

I came here with a chain that was my mother’s and I wanted to get shortened. They were able to shorten the necklace to the size I wanted, as well as create me a bracelet from the peice that was cut out, and it was all done quicker than anticipated.They were very helpful in answering all my jewelry questions, and very patient with me when I needed the new bracelet shortened twice.I wouldn’t hesistate to come back here for any repairs or to check out any new jewelry pieces!

The customer service is amazing and the staff are very helpful and patient as well as attentive to your needs.
