I was there this morning getting a breakfast sandwich and tea. Jayden was working the drive thru. He was very personable and had a nice quick chat while my breakfast sandwich was still heating up. The food was great too but the service was worth commenting on. Thanks for being awesome Jayden!

❤️Had exemplary service at the Emerald Hills Store today (18977-2:07 PM)! Sadly I missed seeing her name (she had some eye catching tats)!!! Not everyday one gets treated soooo well! Thank you! Great teamwork ladies! Happy Valentines Day!❤️

I often use this Starbucks when I go grocery shopping at the Wal-Mart down the way. Easily the friendliest and most capable Starbucks I've visited. The staff are incredibly cordial and always seem very happy to help. I ordered that new chocolate cream cold brew, and seeing as I love chocolate I asked for it to be as chocolatey as you can make it" and they did not disappoint. My first sip made me feel as though I were in chocoholic heaven. Will definitely visit again

Have gone to this location several times. Overall fair service but the past few times my order has been wrong. I knownit can get quite busy so I just let it go. But the last time I went my drink was 3/4 foam so I called and they said no problem we'll write down your name and next time you come you can get a free drink. Two days later I went back there was no note and they made it sound like I should know the person I spoke to or that I should have come right back in. Here's a thought do your jobs right the first time.

Friendly and helpful service.Got a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino with creme rather than coffee as I'm not a big coffee person. The barista recommended the creme and it was delicious! Perfect Sunday treat.
