Had a deal shake hand, 5k cash deposit paid, second day this sales person called back say manager want more. Then trying to hold the deposit and fish. If this is the way to do business, well good luck Mercedes. This guy’s mouth and whoever his boss is, good fish skill.

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother and I experienced the epitome of unprofessional behaviour and discriminatory treatment based on our appearance.We visited the dealership at 13:00 on Sunday July 2nd. We were interested in learning more about the EQS. We walked around for 10 minutes. The only sales agent on the floor blatantly ignored us and walked by us twice without even saying at least hello. Then another family walked in and this sales agent with earnest went and greeted these customers.We then asked the front desk to speak with another sales representative. She didn’t even have the courtesy to remove her AirPod. We waited another 10 minutes and no one came helped us.My mother finally went into one of the sales manager’s office as he was playing video games on his phones and he flippantly answered her questions incorrectly and extremely condensing regarding the eqs.Our first choice was Mercedes, but due to their deplorable behaviour we left and purchased another electric luxury SUV later that day.

Wow what service! A shout out thanks to Len, Sandra and of course the mechanics and technicians. I was traveling from the Okanagan to Vancouver when my GLK250 was losing power up hills on the couqihalla hwy. I called the north van location. Len got me in immediately as I had to travel back home in a few days. It took a few appointments to rectify the problem. Sandra was so great with me. Her customer service attention was top-notch, she arranged a taxi to and from where I needed to be. I was so impressed with the level of attention, care and service. I thank you all for showing me how much you cared that I was able to get back home safe and sound.

I had my car stolen then found, so I had it taken to MB-NV to get inspected and fixed.Long story short, my experience was not a positive one.Poor organization, miscommunication, incomplete paperwork and me having to chase after them repeatedly to get information on the status of my car. I didn’t notice it at the time of pickup, but they didn’t remove the left-over adhesive film from a tarp that had been covering the open sunroof during repairs (pictures included). I did send an email to their service manager to let them know I was not satisfied with my experience, but I didn’t get a response. I am happy with the mechanical repairs done (my car is running fine), but I wouldn’t go back there again.

If you are looking to buy a Mercedes, and are hesitant about which dealership to choose from, please visit the one at North Vancouver. I don't generally give any reviews to any businesses, but at this time I really felt like sharing my great experience that I received from this store.Although I had a budget concern, the nicest thing about this experience was that they valued my business, and they worked with my family's financial situation while always treating me with VIP status. The couple of times when I had problems that needed to be taken care of , Chris Graham, the General Manager not only looked after the issues, but he went beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. His generosity is greatly appreciated. I hereby would like to thank Chris, Jaymond and Tiffany for bringing me to the Mercedes family. I always wanted a Mercedes-Benz in my life, and now I own my dream car, a beautiful GLC 43. You people put a big smile on my face.Definitely, strongly recommend this dealership.

My experience with Mercedes North Shore when I took my ML550 was terrible, and it was made worse by the assigned service representative, Cristina Marinescu. Unfortunately, I did not feel like a valued customer. Ms. Marinescu was unresponsive to my follow-up calls and messages, and I was left in the dark about the status of my car. The day my car was supposed to be diagnosed, it did not happen, which was frustrating. The next day, a technician finally checked my car, which caused a lot of complications for me, such as having to rent a car at the last minute. This was not the experience I was hoping for.To add insult to injury, the estimate cost that I received from Ms. Marinescu was a bit higher than $5,000, which was way too expensive for me. I decided not to accept the estimate and took my car to my own mechanic, who was able to fix the issue for a total cost of $480. When I showed my mechanic the diagnostic report from Mercedes North Shore, he couldn't help but laugh and said that the cost was just a rip-off.Overall, I feel like I can never trust the people at Mercedes North Shore again. If you have extra cash and don't know how to burn it, then maybe Mercedes North Shore is the place for you. However, if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy service experience, I suggest you look elsewhere. Maybe sales department is ok but service department is a big no.
