Vélo Select has been my ‘go to’ bike shop for well over ten years now. Purchased 2 road bikes, and I go there for all my tune-ups and maintenance. In my experience, the service is (and has always) been great; and prices are very competitive. Just the banter with both Czeslaw and his wife is great. Czeslaw always provides great cycling advice. He’s a real professional. It’s always a comforting feeling to know that my bike is in good hands whenever I drop it off. And whenever I pick it up, it’s always better!If you’re looking for a bike shop where the Owner’s have character, personality, offer great service, good prices, and friendly advice; this is the place!

I made a deal with them about the price including the tax, when I paid they asked for different price, and They are not friendly I asked for tools to use, she said we don’t give tools ( she is rude). I don’t recommend anyone go to this place.

Fastest place in Chateauguay! I was quoted 2+ weeks turn around time whereas here my bike was ready in a day ! Competitive pricing and great job done on my bike. He does a great job and checks everything in detail! I recommend any bike work to be done here

The owner took back a bike seat they sold me and said to come back for the refund when his wife was in and the wife refused to refund me. I don’t know what to do to get my refund. Also he yelled at me when I returned the seat.

First time in their shop and it will not be my last. Owner is a straight shooter so some people may mistake this for being rude. So when he told me he couldn't stop what he was doing to take care of me I pushed a bit but in reality I know I'm not his only customer. After a bit of back and forth, he told me it would be ready in about an hour. I got a call 10 min. later that he was finished. Very good prices and the owner is very knowledgeable.

Old school style of bike shop. Run by an older couple who clearly love bikes and each other. the selection of biles and parts might not be the most complete, but this shop is the place to go for quality wrenching as well as parts and upgrades. Whenever I stop by, they seem to just be happy to talk about bikes in a welcoming low pressure way. How rare is that these days??

Excellent store and great service and owners are very honest and they always treat people with respect. Czeslaw is great sport expert and he has huge knowledge. Highly recommended! Specially if you need new bike, you are in great hands here and tune up is excellent at very fair pricing. Best service.#veloselect

WORST EXPERIENCE. My bike had brakes that were too loose, therefore i paid for a maintenance on it. When I picked it up, it was too tight and started squealing. When I came back to explain him what was going on, he said I was the one that did something to the bike. He never offered to check it again and told me not to come back because he wont work on it anymore. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I went this week for a tune up of our 2 bikes and within a little over 24 hrs, bikes were ready, checked and fixed. Very honest and friendly service. Absolutely my go-to place for anything bike related.

Czeslaw and his wife have been helping me and I've been one of their customer for about 15 years, when they were still on Lauzon Street. Czeslaw is very experienced and has worked on all my bikes, Opus, Kuota, Felt and Orbea, road and triathlon. He knows his stuff, is very direct, his prices are reasonable!
