Bought a mobile home at Orchard RidgeTrailer Park. It's a nice park with paved roads lots of parking street lights. Cheap pad rentals.

Moved here less than a year ago. Park manager is a hard worker and keeps the park up very well all by herself. Nice place to live. Quiet and respectful people living here.

Don’t rent from these people. They don’t give you your rental agreement and the manager wouldn’t give us our spare key. And would snoop around our trailer. She would try to enter our home without 24 hour notice. Save yourself the head ache!
