I have had a good experience, 2 pregnancies. They were very transparent about concerns and procedures needed. Parking sucks but it's downtown no high expectations there.

Poor hospital and poorly managed. There’s no parking had to park at MARS PHASE II being 39weeks had to walk all the way then had to wait 2 hours just to see the doctor. Ultrasound appointment is generally on time but the OB appointment is super badddddddd… I am scared to gp into labour cuz what if I can’t walk so much I came all the way from Brampton it’s already a hassle of 1.5hr drive in busy hour and then the parking problem and then walking so much to get an escalator.

I was a high risk pregnancy so I was referred here. I went in maybe every 2-3 weeks for a total of almost 9 months, multiple, multiple times emails, phone calls and voicemails were ignored. Sometimes the nurses were kind but a lot of the time I was dismissed and gaslit over my concerns or decisions regarding my pregnancy. They seemed to take my choices or questions personally sometimes making their demeanour change, almost seeming upset. My OB I spoke to a total of 3 times during my whole pregnancy which I found super weird..After I gave birth it took me two weeks to get a call back over scheduling an appointment for my 6 week checkup. Which was only over the phone (makes no sense, I’d assume you wanted to see me physically and make sure all is well) again the nurse didn’t sound too happy to speak to me (the phone call wasn’t even long, basic questions and to the point).I’m happy I don’t want more children, I know it will be high risk again and I don’t want to deal with this clinic again. The only plus is that they did always give me a peace of mind making sure my baby was okay.

The clinic is good but they dont answer phone calls at the reception. I had an awful experience, went through a trauma and when i was calling them , they didn’t answer my calls or return to my voicemails to help me schedule a 6 week follow up postpartum. Why is medical care so stressful in a first world country? Why can you not hire staff to answer phone calls and book an appointment. Virtual staff is an option that is also affordable. Why can we not expect to have good health care in Canada? Why is it so hard to reach a medical professional?

Very pleased with the level of experience of the doctors specially Dr.Rory Windrim and Dr.Whittle. Handling my complicated pregnancy with alot of patience and kindnessultrasound technicians are really good toothe waiting time is insane.. have to wait atleast 4-5 hours to get done with everythingneed to improve on communication ways. No one picks up the phone at the clinic and only way to talk to them is leaving a voice mail and pray they reply

IF YOU ARE READING THIS and you agree, please please please complain about this clinic to patients relations. Keep a log of the phone calls they ignore. This clinic's administration is abysmal. I fought to get a higher up to contact me. After delivery I became too busy to follow through (which is what they bet on) but this clinic completely ruined my miracle pregnancy experience. The only redeeming thing about this clinic is the ultrasound department. They ANSWER the phone, are friendly and somewhat on time. One particular staff was specifically rude to me because I was pretty vocal about them ignoring patients. This is not ok and if you notice next time you're in the clinic, you won't hear a phone ring. I had to miss work and lose money because I knew they'd never call me back to move an appointment. Then even sent bloodwork to the wrong doctors. I had to call the nurse and cry once about things that were not her job, things administration should deal with. Nurses were mostly all nice except one who actually snapped at me to sit down (I was called up by a different nurse) like a dog. Also, if you've got an uneventful pregnancy (which i was grateful for)... you'll never see your OB and just see residents. Which is annoying because they just make you repeat your complex medical history and can't answer any questions pertaining to it.Delivering at this hospital is an entirely different story. Try to switch before you're too far along!!

Good care in delivery. baby delivered safely after complications, delivery rooms are beautiful the doctors and nurses make you and baby their top priority. Once your moved to your recovery room, your care drops significantly- I WAS TREATED POORLY- ALSO ***DO NOT give them your credit card at check in time, I repeat do not. I advised them I didn't have coverage for a semi- private room at check in and after delivery. Then they put me in a semi private room, again, I said I'm not covered for this (this is my 2nd baby here after getting charged the first time) they said they don't have ward rooms, you won't be charged, a month later my visa was charged over $850!! when I complained to several departments they said there nothing they can do. Visa didn't help the unauthorized charge either.*** ALSO, ON my last day there, the nurse woke me up at 5am, (after I only got 2hrs of sleep because of crying baby) to say the room is getting painted, I have to move to another room, my breakfast was not redirected and I was literally STARVING, felt weak and couldn't look after my baby properly, and my family was trying to call me for pickup and couldn't reach me as the phone was ringing in the other room, I didn't have a cell phone and wasn't allowed to go in that room. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. BTW.. no painting or prep was done as I was leaving. The nurse said she'd get me some food but did not, after I complained (nicely) several times. I was finally allowed to leave at 11am. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND MT SINAI FOR MATERNITY

Legit TRAAAAASH. you will get better and prompter care at any walk in clinic. I don't understand what is wrong with this place. They will never answer the phone and you're lucky if you get a call back within a week or at all. All the administrative staff are rude, dismissive, and incompetent. Nobody knows anything, appointments take 6 hours or more. I've absolutely hated my experience. Avoid at all costs!!

The care is fantastic. Appointments are always on time. However they never answer the phone or return calls, or provide appointment reminders.

if I could rate 0.5 star I would. My experience at the pregnancy clinic was awful. It all started from the reception desk. I went in for an anatomy ultrasound I was so excited and the staff ruined it all for me and my husband. Very rude staff, no smiles, they barely acknowledged me or my partner. My US technician was harsh she seemed frustrated that my baby was not in the right position, rolling her eyes and breathing hard. Speaking in a very condescending way. She was of asian descent I wish I got her name but I didn't. worst experience so far!!!!!!!
