True Studio and Crave Rowing

True yoga offers a variety of classes and many wonderful amenities. The studio is clean and cozy. True Yoga is a beautiful, welcoming space for all!

I joined here just over a month ago and love it! I have done the yoga with Cathy, who is an amazing instructor and I have now become addicted to the crave rowing with Jes, Ji and Jon. After getting over the initial difficulty of doing a rowing class in the heat I now cannot fault the classes. Every class has improved my cardio fitness, strength and overall endurance. The happiness I feel after class shows that the hard work does pay off with an amazing sweat and endorphin release. The instructors are great and really make an effort to help you enjoy the class.Cool idea - crave rowing, and it definitely has great health benefits (coming from a previous rower, I totally rate it!). So glad you’ve bought this to Moncton! Thank you :)

Affordable prices but doesnt offer anything challenging/good hours

LOVE this space! There is a great variety of classes here for everyone. The space is very clean and the studio vibes are amazing-I love the infrared heat and the ambience!

5 stars for the studio, and 5 stars for the instructors Danika and Matt. There is a really nice and refreshing friendly and community feel at True Yoga. In myOpinion, its by far the best studio in the city!

Love practicing and teaching in this modern studio. They offer lots of class options in both a hot, warm and non-heated environments.
