Absolutely amazed with the guest service I received tonight at the BCC!! Brittany and Sav went above and beyond my expectations. They are both very knowledgeable and also, very kind. Definitely makes me want to come back (:

These guys really need to stop hiring kids that don't take the job seriously jan 23 in past 6pm worst experience came in the store no one acknowledges anyone I look to take a look around no one comes and asks if I need a size or anything 6 other people come into the store and they also don't greet them.

Wish I could rate them a zero unfortunately that's not possible on here. The young lady working today could not have been more ignorant or rude if she tried. She only had one other customer in the store when I entered and failed to greet either of us as she was too busy on her phone. I went to purchase a product they clearly had marked for $54. When I got to the register she proceeded to tell me that it was $103 after tax. I indicated to her that she has it marked down at a different price to which she replied it's 40% off" and attempted to charge me the $103. I advised her that she needs to honor the price that their store has listed on their product and she simply stated "its 40% off". I look forward to filing complaint with the Better Business Bureau to let them know how this company is actually Predator pricing. There are several pictures that will show you the exact same items marked at different prices on the Shelf. I can appreciate you having a bad day but when your incompetence is the reason you're having a bad day

I had a Lovely experience today at the store. I was having problems choosing my first skateboard. A beautiful young lady named Mari helped me out, she was poised and insightful. Thank you

Not even a star at most. Bought a sweater less than 24 hours ago and they refuse to exchange, or return at all because the front pocket stitching came off when I tried it on. Refusing to even swap for the same sweater. Don't shop here

Store was wonderful. Although your staffing is highly unprofessional. Discussing personal issues and having full conversations while on the floor. This individual appeared to also be training another individual the trainers name was venica

I had really great customer service today at this store with Marie. She was very helpful and friendly. She was patient and really went above and beyond to help us today.

The girl with blue and black hair was very rude, we asked for help and she was being passive aggressive. When we thought she was going to come back and help us she walked away without saying anything and left us waiting. Very bad customer service. If you aren’t in a good mood then maybe you shouldn’t be coming into work and greeting people. Very unhappy with my shopping visit today.
