I received a text message from an 844 area code asking me what date and time I would like to have an appointment with the endocrinologist. First time I ever experienced that. I did not reply. A month later I received a phone call asking me the same question, because I didn’t respond to the text message. I refused the appointment , even though I need medical attention, due to the poor service I received from this endocrinologist the first time I saw them at their old clinic. I refuse to allow them to abuse my medical care as a quick way to charge the RAMQ to make easy money off of me. If they didn’t respect me enough during my first appointment, and rushed it as quickly as they did, I don’t want to see how fast the follow-up appointment would have been. I’m sorry but I have more respect for myself than to be treated that way again. At this point I accepted that I will never receive appropriate healthcare in Quebec again, and I am learning to live with my unregulated health problems. I received way better quality healthcare, and the attention thereof, when falling sick in Cuba back in 2014. Our local doctors don’t have the same work ethics as those from past generations and from other cultures. Everything here is about making a quick dollar by passing as many patients as possible within a day. Birds of a feather flock together.

Pas moyen de parler a personne, j’essaie de prendre un rendez-vous pas urgent, mais chaque fois que j’apelle, un message dit que le systeme téléphonique est fermé…Update:J’ai finalement reussi a parler a kkun…Meme s’il n’ont pas pu me prendre en charge, la dame qui m’as repondu a su me diriger vers le bon endroit pour etre prit en charge.

Une institution professionnelle et un personnel remarquable avec un sourir jovial et acueillant qu'on ne peut oublier. Les professionnels de la cliniques font tout leur possible pour aider les patients et ce avec qualité et professionnalisme.

Si on oublie la vieille infirmière qui est bête comme ses deux pieds et totalement blasée de son travail, les services de cette clinique sont excellents quand on a la chance d'y avoir un médecin. La prise de rendez-vous est rapide et on attend rarement plus de 15 minutes après l'heure prévue. Certains médecins sont moins compétents que d'autres, mais ça, c'est partout pareil. Le sans rendez-vous était pratique avant, mais maintenant c'est impossible d'avoir la ligne.

Ils disent d'appeler à 8:00 pour un rendez-vous pour la journée même. J'ai la ligne à 8:00, 8:01, 8:03, 8:06 et 8:10 et c'est toujours le même message qui dit que les rendez-vous sont complets pour la journée... Comment est-ce possible?! Ce système ne fonctionne pas!!

I have received the worst service you can ever imagine at this clinic. First of all, on their website they say they offer their services both in English and French, but the telephone system is only offered in French. Second of all, this is not your average clinic. I have been told on the phone after trying to call several times that this clinic priorities clients with family doctors and only takes clients without family doctors if they have space" (BUT they don't seem to have any space available!). The receptionist held a demeaning voice

Service rapide et en bonne condition.

Service vraiment pitoyable et je n’épargne pas le médecin c’est elle la pire !!! Tellement presser de passer l’autre patient que la secrétaire a couru après moi pour faire signer des papiers .... quand je lui est parler de se que j’aimerais vérifier avec elle la réponse fut j’ai pas toute la journée ça faisait 5 minutes que j'étais dans le bureau ... et 1 mois d’attente pour se fameux rendez-vous..... Maintenant je suis déménagé à 2h de Sherbrooke j’ai appelé pour retirer mon nom sur la liste de ses patients... ça fait 2 mois c’est toujours pas fait ... incapable de m’inscrire pour me trouver un médecin de famille dans ma région !!!
