The service in this office is rather great. It was a rainy day when I had to drop a package. A staff member (which) I do not know his name was very cooperative, the package was missing one more labelle, it took my phone awhile to send the information needed to complete the process. This is just to thank him and the team for hiring such professional/ respectful people!On a side note, please ignore the construction that’s taking place in the street, the office is normally accessible and it is only two minutes away from Berri station.

I have to insist on getting a receipt everytime. The email and text confirmation almost never work. The blonde girl tried to charge me a dollar just for proof I dropped off the package. Terrible service. Avoid if possible.

Very good service, they allow us to choose different carriers at a reasonable price and they give you a 10% discount on all shipments if you become a member. I came here and Ali took care of me he was very nice and very helpful throughout the expedition process

I asked for the price to ship a package to the USA and they quoted me over $130. I walked 400 meters to the Canada Post down the street, and they did it for $20 tax included with a tracking number.Completely unreasonable price, borderline a scam.

BE AWARE!!! Absolutely outrageous, they charge $3.50 for the plastic bag to put the label on the box where it is included free everywhere else. Price was not labeled, was not told there was a cost until after I put it on the box!!! Please educate the customer since this isn’t your typical UPS/FedEx/Purolator store! That’s all

Lost/Stolen Package, Avoid it at all costs. I have dropped off my package on Saturday, It was very convenient but to my surprise the package (which has smartphone) was never forwarded to Fedex.
