OCG Detailing

I needed help fixing the paint on my car door. I made a mistake trying to fix the paint myself and made it worse. Today, I found OCG on Google with very good reviews, and called to see if OCG could help out. Ivan picked up the phone and agreed to perform same-day service. When I arrived, Ivan came out to explain the problem with the paint, talked through the options and costs. He was very professional, reasonably-priced and overall a great person to do business with. I decided to move forward with the repair and Ivan finished quickly, leaving my car in amazing shape, good as new! I am very happy with the services provided by OCG and will definitely come back and recommend OCG to friends/family.

I had my car detailed this weekend. I called in for a quick schedule for the (basic in out) on the same dayWhen I arrived, the owner had a look in my car, and basically shocked how dirty my car was (I have 2 kids, and never had it cleaned for 3 yrs). He suggest to go with the detail clean with some additional charge.After a long 3 1/2 hr, I went back to the car with not high expectation. Turned out, the car looked exactly like new. I am very happy with the result. And the owner said it's not to his standard of clean, but he was running out of time, and it was too dirty to begin with.OCG is very professional, and I would recommend to everyone.Thanks

Great service Ivan was able to book me in on short notice for my Q8. Booked the combo interior and exterior detailing and it was a great job well done! They cleaned my sunroof glass which other shops have never done before!

They did a great job, and send me those great photos of my car after they finished coating.

First time coming, had an SUV that has not professionally detailed in a very long time: carpet salt stains, musty smell, dusty dash, severe brake dust on wheels, no paint protective coating. After 4 to 5 hours, the vehicle came out looking brand new again. Big thanks the Ivan and his team!i thought there was no hope for the wheels.High quality detail, but you get what you pay for. Ivan and his team are professional as they were willing to final touch up the areas of concern on the spot after my final visual inspection. Will try to look into their services in the future.

Did ceramic coating for my previous car and recently did a PPF for my new car. Ivan is a really detail-oriented, responsible and friendly person. Highly recommend here for detailings.

I have three words for OCG Detailing - Do Not Hesitate!I did extensive research on ceramic coating and PPF (paint protection film aka clear bra), and agonized for weeks on getting both done. I read all the pros and cons, the process, maintenance, and the cost, until my eyes stung! We even met several detailers to see their work, and gain a better understanding.When I called Ivan to arrange a time to meet, he told us to come and have a look at a car that had both processes done. First off, Ivan is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about detailing. He is humble, non-judgmental and unfazed by reviews. He feels personal references and word of mouth are more important, and I totally agree.We were excited to see the car he was near completing, and were blown away by what we saw, the meticulous detailed workmanship that goes into applying PPF and ceramic coating. I thought I was detail-oriented, until I met Ivan! He sees flaws that most people do not with the human eye. He is very particular, and takes great pride in detailing. I knew he would take care of my husband's baby - LOL!Ivan's auto shop is clean, modern, and spotless, with bright spotlights in the working areas. More importantly, cars are kept inside, and there is ample space to work on each one.I had done my research on the top three PPF products: 3M, XPEL and STEK. I thought I had narrowed it down to XPEL, but after discussing it with Ivan, we chose to go with STEK. For the ceramic coating, Ivan uses Opti-Coat, and is an authorized installer.I have to say, we felt very reassured with Ivan, but I was still nervous. I had a gazillion questions, and Ivan always answered all my texts. He even called us to ask if we had time to stop by; there were a few spots on our SUV that were questionable, and he wanted to let us know. He kept us informed throughout the seven-day process! Yes, you heard right! Ivan worked on our SUV for one full week! He sent us videos of the progress, and on the day it was finished, it looked unbelievably stunning. He went over what was done, explained the care, maintenance and warranty, and had us inspect our SUV once again, in broad daylight.The two processes are very pricey, so it is best to understand the maintenance and commitment required. I know we made the right choice, but more importantly, we found a fantastic detailer that put 110% percent into making us happy.Thanks so much to Ivan and his team!

Ivan and team are dedicated to giving your car the best care. I brought my car in to get detailed after a bag of milk spilled in the trunk of my car. I underestimated the issue when asking for a quote. Ivan and team spent countless hours working on getting the smell out and when the faint odor remained, he worked on it again during a second visit doing a full shampoo and steam clean without charge. The team at OCG is very detailed, no pun intended, as they cleaned stains off the roof in the interior, got years of accumulated salt stains out and under the car seat. I'll be back for sure as I know my car is in good hands at OCG!

An incredible job performed by these guys. Ivan and his team applied the Opticoat Plus and Xpel XR tints on my new vehicle and the attention to detail is superb.
