How to put into words how amazing Anth is!I reached out after struggling to find a place in the crazy rental market of 2023. As a first-time renter, Anth listened carefully to what I was looking for and immediately jumped into action, finding me great places to look at and eventually one to call home! He walked me through each part of the rental process from offer to final lease signing. He also patiently answered my many questions. Overall the our experience was really special, and this type of service and professionalism surely doesn't come natural to everyone in the industry.Anth was able to take this typically dreadful experience, and turn it into something really fun and exciting. My boyfriend and I consider ourselves lucky to came out of our loft hunt with a top tier real-estate agent, improved credit scores, and with a lifelong friend! Anth did a phenomenal job helping my girlfriend and I find our first condo together. even in a crazy toronto market he was on top of things and kept constant communication which was very reassuring and comforting in what can be a very stressful process. on top of that he has great taste and an eye for top tier units/properties.
