Its as good as a Non-profit organization store can get. The staff are very helpful and they have a wide verity of goods from Cups to Jeans. I can promise you that you can find something inside this Thrift Store.

Normally a good experience. But unfortunately today's outing provided very bad customer experience. Not that this organization care about providing a standard of service like for profit companies.I went in and bought a few items and paid. Went to my car and realize that I had rebate coupon when I had donated some items a while back. So within the 15 minutes I paid for them items and returned to the store the manager refused to adjust the price for me and take my rebate. It's actually kind of sickening to think because this is supposed to be non profit organization. But her mentality was to make sure business keeps there money. Actual for profit companies have better policies. The part that got me sick, is that we are all here shopping in this store for one or two purposes. Because we want to help the planet and recycle or because our financial situation (me) does not allow us to shop elsewhere, especially with inflation and the economic situation. But for someone to forget (manager) to that your serving a community. And would have been more human to say, alright I'll honor your coupon and next time please don't forget to present your coupon first. That would of been a nice thing to do.

The Salvation Army was founded in London's East End in 1865 by one-time Methodist Reform Church minister William Booth and his wife Catherine Booth. The Salvation Army began its work in Canada in 1882, just fifteen years after Confederation, and quickly became a vital part of the spiritual and social service.Service activities include: hunger relief for individuals and families through food banks and feeding programs; shelter for people experiencing homelessness and support for those needing housing; rehabilitation for those struggling with addiction; long-term care and palliative care; Christmas assistance
