They did up their game!I was so ready to be disappointed, as last time, a couple years ago, was a rather bad experience.I do agree with some of the reviews that mention dry chicken (breast) and not that tasty korma prep. To be honest it does deliver on what the menu says...not hot, mostly mild dish. The naan bread was top notch, as was the rice. As a nice surprise the fruit salad dessert was fresh and served with the meal. They should mention it. Mujtahid the waiter was attentive, precise and fast!The price is good in my opinion considering the central location in the Village AND it is a BYOB. Actually looking forward to go back!ধন্যবাদ

I've eaten at this restaurant many times. I've never had a bad experience. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. If I had to criticize anything, the naan is sometimes too thick and chewy. It would be nice to have something a bit more refined in that department. I've eaten many meat and vegetarian dishes and have been happy with each and every one. As I said, I never a bad experience.

Amazing experience at Tabla! Delicious dishes, especially the butter chicken and palak paneer. The staff is warm and welcoming, making the ambiance just perfect. Can't recommend enough for a true taste of India in Montreal!

The waiter was cordial but that was the only good part about their restaurant. Uncooked paneer (which was not chewable) was served. They were kind enough to accommodate our request for dal makhni which was not on their menu but what they served was not even dal makhni. The garlic naans we received were also not soft. BELOW AVERAGE FOOD but great service.

Small beautiful place in Montreal . Very nice customer service the food was good the service was exceptional. They offered me some appetizers on the house because my friends ordered appetizers and I didn’t . If they know it is your bday they give you extra free dessert . The prices are reasonable stars from 17 to 25 ( 25 is a full course meal )

I went to Tabla Village with a group of people for my son’s birthday. The food was delicious and I was very happy with their service. We tried a lot of different dishes and they were all tasty and fresh. The naan bread was also excellent. Definitely recommend!

We dined here during pouring rain as we didn’t want to walk far from our accommodations, and the food was surprisingly very good! We had the chicken tikka masala, the king prawn buhna, chana masala, garlic naan, and mango lassi, and everything was delicious! We especially loved the king prawn buhna whose tomato based curry was super tasty and the prawns were perfectly cooked!Unassuming exterior and the interior was nothing to write home about, but service was kind and attentive!

Staff is always so nice and the food is delicious. The portions are very generous, as usually in Indian restaurants. This has been a favorite spot for take outs during the week for the past months.
