Worst service from manager name Indika.. he talks as his store is linked with cra passport immigration..took a passport size photo and they gave me wrong date now they won’t try to fix it.. saying my fault I didn’t check it before.. I paid money .. didn’t paid money to make errors .stop making errors in 1st place.. people like this shouldn’t work instead stay home and show their frustration towards their family..

I had a terrible experience in the recent days, but still I give 4 stars. The problem is that I didn’t get the exact name of the medicine when I checked it out the availability. It’s okay to correct something, but please don’t play or teach people through medicine. If something is gone, it’s gone.

Not sure about all the others who have had bad experiences here, but I personally haven't experienced much trouble. It sounds like the people throwing bad ratings at this store are just too impatient to talk things over with the staff and pharmacists.When it comes to medicine, it's important to be concise when asking questions and understanding the limitations of a pharmacy itself. And in terms of the storefront, we're going through COVID right now; it's hard to expect the most perfect, tailored service.Clearly people are expecting too much out of what is technically just a 24/7 convenience store, but with more features.

My doctor faxed a prescription for my inhalers to this location and when we came to pick it up, they said they didn’t have it. By that time, my doctors office was closed and I needed to go to the hospital because I couldn’t breath. The next day, my doctor had them fax it again. When we came again to pick it up, they said it’s been there since the day before but the person from yesterday didn’t check. This is nonsense. Such unprofessional and incompetent people. Do they not know people need their drugs from the pharmacy?

Very bad customer service from the pharmacy end. I’ve had the same issue occur multiple times with faxing issues. Not to mention the lady I spoke with over the phone had a very rude tone with me. Not a great pharmacy. You can probably tell by the others reviews as well that this location is not the best

I called about a fragrance, the Customer service associate at beauty said, let me check and told me it's available after having a look. I told her I'll be there in 15 min. After finding out it was on sale, she kept the fragrance for herself. When I got there she said, sorry it got sold 30 min ago... But I called 15 min ago. (Then why would she tell me it's available) she can lie all she wants... it's just the lack of integrity! Please check cameras and you'll be surprised. Call time 4:32pm Sunday 26th March.

At first, I thought this Shoppers Drug Mart was extremely good, until I had a very bad experience recently. On Sunday, April 23, 2023, around 5 PM, I was asking the beauty section lady (she is Tamil, I believe) a question, and she was showing me attitude for no reason. And since I come to this location often, she outright said to me, 'You come here every week and disturb me.' Something needs to be done about this lady's behaviour, and she needs to be fired for poor customer service.

My partner has his anti-epileptic medication here. He requested a refill on the app because he was about to run out and they did not do an auto-refill like they normally do. He missed his morning dose as a result, we went to see what was going on - they were out of stock of the medication coming in later tonight or tomorrow". They did not inform us they were out of stock or we would have called other pharmacies

The blonde lady at the make up counter on march 21st @3:30 pm not sure of her name. Probably one of the rudest people i have ran into at any store. I was looking at concealers and the ones in the front were opened so i was testing them out on my hand. I was doing this for a good 10 mins when this lady appears & starts talking in a rude voice saying “ oh you cant test them on urself anymore dont you know you have to use this barcode” which was useless as well. Didn't ask me if i needed help finding one for my skin or anything else helpful. So i said “ well they are already opened so why does it matter” ? She kept bickering and walked away. I don’t understand why you have someone working at a make up counter who is useless when it comes to finding make up and expects a barcode to do it for customers. I understand that getting a job at shoppers instead of Mac or Sephora sucks but doesn't mean you have to be rude and demean customers.
