After almost 5 years of living here I can honestly say don't believe the hype. I can speak for Tower 4 only, but complete corruption with board members, incompetent management company, we're constantly trapped by Wonderland traffic and get onto Jane, the parking garages are free for all speed fests, and constant gossip and bickering. Also if you're in the minority of non Italians- you're made to know it.Overpriced nonsense.

Security is excellent for homeowners. I have placed two of my buyers and a tenant in this building. Highly recommended. Spacious, quality constructed units and building close to Vaughan Mills.

Very secured and great place to live. However, first time visitors will find themselves a super hard time finding the right building and the right parking spots without being notified by the security guards and occupants.

I been looking into buying property and thankful I came across this page after reading about the shooting that claimed the lives of 6 ppl here at 9325 Jane St condo. I would not feel safe at all moving here. glad I also read the reviews about management corruption etc. very thankful to all who left a review it has helped me in making a wise decision to not come here and hold onto my money instead

Beautiful condominium been here for a while completely love it! Just Lots of traffic especially summer time because of wonderland. It’s very safe area and has a home feel to it!!!

I have family that live in here and they love it. It's super clean and secure. There's security at the gate and you have to answer some questions before you're allowed in. Free visitor parking. (With time limit)

Absolutely horrible condo board members voted in for tower 4. The Newley elected members for 2020 are not fit to be on the board. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, they are taking advantage of the situation and are doing whatever they see fit. Decisions are made only in their best interest and not the residents as a collective . On a positive note, Beautiful building, staff and management company is awesome especially the current property manager Anca. The building is super clean and well maintained because of the residents / owners high standards. Great community, to bad the board ruins it for everyone. Hope they are voted out soon.

Nice and amazing condo. Need some renovation but still it is nice. The security staff is amazing, helpful especially i must appreciate the supervisor, the night guard who helped me many times. I couldnt walk, the guard who was at night helped me to bring my groceries upstairs.

A horribly run building/complex. Gate house is inconsistent with visitors and constantly taking social calls. They make people wait at the gate and won’t open the parking garage. When repairs need to be done they leave them incomplete for months with holes in the wall. The AC and heating is a mess. You have been warned.
