Very poor service wrong items sent and no answer anytime of day

Lamberto and Kahunaverse were excellent to deal with. We needed Spring Hockey jerseys on a very tight time line and Kahunaverse were top notch. They rushed our order and pricing and product were excellent. Thanks again guys!!

This place (Home Run Sports) is a million miles from anywhere, so you could understand some irritation when their web site says they are open Saturday until 6, and so does the sign on the door, but their doors are locked at 2:00 and their voice mail box is full, so I can't even talk to someone to find out what's up after my 45 minute drive to get here. It is actually consistent with their attitude to customer service because they will not even discuss a special order for a product that they are the national sole source for, but they won't carry a full line. If I wasn't stuck with having to deal with them, there is no chance I would.

Do not order anything, you will not be able to return it or get help if it goes missing. I have tried to get in touch with customer service to no avail for weeks. Completely no response or help with returning items, no number to call either. very disappointing.

Will not Stand behind what they sellJust to let everyone know that if you purchase anything on line from Big Kahuna Sport Co, and it falls apart, kiss your money good bye. I had purchased a set of Adidas football cleats on line, and my son wore them for two weeks, before they started falling apart. I contacted the Calgary Big Kahuna Western rep numerous times via emails and a personal telephone conversation which he indicated that he would be able to credit my $ back. Thinking I would get the credit on my visa, and my son liked the cleats, we ordered online again a replacement set of cleats. After two weeks, these replacement Adidas cleats also started falling apart. At this point, I still have not received my credit for the first set of cleats and have contact the Calgary rep a number of times regarding this second sets of cleats. I now have two set of Adidas cleats that have both fallen apart within two weeks of use and am out the cost of both cleats. After a number of emails and message on cell phone requesting action, nothing has been done.

These guys where very helpful and set me up with the ball gear I needed. Thanks guys.

I can't say enough good things about Kahuna. Great stuff for cheap on there sales racks. Best pricing on cleats over anywhere else I saved 75$ on the same cleats here as soccer west. If you sign up your team you get a team discount. Everything is a win. It's out of the way but well worth the drive.

Not even worth one star, shocking customer service!!The arm cuff seam came away on my daughter's hoodie within a few weeks and she had only wore it a handful of times. When we approached customer service they had the cheek to tell us that it was from neglect and they had never seen this in all there 35 yrs. From the reviews I would say this is not the first time. I think it's more from poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. You should stand by your products and stop blaming the customer.

Atrocious timing!! We took the risk on Kahunaverse because we were offered some fair rates on product needed for our school store. However, they are so far past the deadlines they promised us that we missed our parent night and sales window for the products we ordered. Can't comment on quality because they are so far behind schedule. They keep saying they will keep us posted, but then I never heard from them - so I'm the one that constantly has to follow up again and again. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your custom apparel. Fingers crossed that the quality isn't as poor as the previous reviews state.

Great staff that are helpful above and beyond basic needs. Helpful with selections and outsourcing to get what you need.
