Nous avons un bàtiment (Église) dont Mircom surveille pour les incendies. Nous sommes a St-Jerome, donc l'appel qu'il font pour s'assurer que tout fonctionne est un appel en provenance de Montreal, DONC un enterurbain est fait a chaque fois! J'ai contacté, de peine et de misere, representant. Il a bien compris le probleme et nous a confirmé qu'il exsiste un numero locale. Il m'a donné 3 numeros de 3 personnes. J'ai tenté désessperement de les rejoindre sans avoir reussi de parler a qq'un. J'ai laissé des messages avec l'explication détaillé. J'ai ensuite relié l'info a notre representant. Il m'a confimré que mon message était suffisant. J'ai avisé notre comptable, qui en passant, est une personne qui ne paie que les factures qui lui arrive. Je dit tout ca puisque je vient de voir les comptes aujourdhui, et a ma surprise, rien n'a ete fait!!!Aujourdhui le 21 juillet 2020, je reprends le telephone, et c'est comme avant. Pas moyen de parler a qq'un. Mon rep est en vacances! J'ai laisse un message pour me rappeller! A suire". Faudra que google invent moins que 1 étoile! A mon avis

Asked mircom to come check the buttons on our intercom machine for our condo building because some weren't working or worked sometimes. They said the down payment for a visit was 350.00 dollars. I had very pleasant experience with Roxane and the technician Damian for booking the appointment and during the appointment. However, I was incredibly disappointed in their transparency of the price the work would cost. While Damian was here, he offered to replace all the buttons because they were different colours (old ones were yellowed and the new ones were very white). I asked him how much the buttons would be and he said definitely not 50 dollars. It ended up being 129 dollars for 8 buttons, 16 dollars each! the total for a visit to just replace a couple of buttons was 436 dollars+ tax... I had an electrician come a couple of days later for another problem Mircom was not able to fix/identify. I asked him if he could've done the work himself and replace the buttons and he gave me an estimate for a fraction of the price... Very frustrating. My advice, see if an electrician can't do the work before contacting Mircom!

I have been a client for over a decade now. Do not bother calling them, they have completely stopped replying. They were always slow to get back to you but now it is just a joke.I contacted them earlier this year to try and replace a front door buzzer. It took months of voicemails for me to even hear back from them and get an estimate and then after one initial visit sometime this summer. They just stopped replying. I called at least once a week, no reception, always get a voicemail and no return call. They call back once every other month promising someone will come by but no one does.I was told someone name Christian would finally come by, tuesday at that was 3 weeks ago and still have not heard from them.Waited almost a year now. My company is now planning to transfer all of our security and fire system notifier to desjardins security. When i told them my story with mircom they were not even surprised.Please stay far away from this disastrous company.

Landlord's alarm panel rings every evening with an alarm indicating. Technician came and left saying he didn't have the needed part to fix and it has now been 2 weeks with an alarm panel that screams with a loud alarm that can be heard all of the way to the third floor.I tried calling myself and was told there was nothing they can do until the part arrives and this was completely normal that the thing needs to be silenced every 24 hours until the sensor is replaced.But really: What kind of incompetent designs an alarm panel without an easy way to disable a defective sensor?
