website is ok to navigate, but when issues occur finding help or solution is the hardest thing to do. They have a help desk ticket for u to contact them but no back up if their own help desk ticket page has issues. Tried to call in to clinical coordinator to ask to assistance but was direct right back to their help desk ticket program. Every extension on their phone line goes straight to voicemail and the clinical coordinator say they will not return voicemails???? why ask a person to leave one if you will not answer it and then direct them to possibly the same program they are having issues with. The help desk is not taking my email saying its not valid despite it being the same email synergy uses to send me notification....I just don't understand. I get every thing is electronic these days but at least have a human back up for those unable to use your online services. Very disappointed.

Super quick and easy testing process. Very organized and informative for those who may not fully the importance of testing and procedures for using the masks.

Arrived at Synergy Employment Services to get my Mask Fit Certificate appointment. The appointment was very friendly, efficient, and professional. I will most likely come back again to get recertified. Just a heads up there is no free parking for this building.

I had a very good experience, the instructor was very nice and he teaches us a lot of things on how to use the respiratory mask properly.it is very helpful.

Got mask fit testing done, staff was really professional and we were given really important & helpful tips for handling mask use. Great experience overall!

I had an appointment booked during the holidays and I was only notified of the cancellation less than a week before my booking. They were nice enough to call me back but the late notification wasn’t professional.Also, the company does not state that you need to pay a parking fee if you drive a car. I had to ask how long the appointment would be before going back to my car and pay for parking.My overall impression: professional friendly staff but there is lack of communication. Please fix the schedule (especially during the holidays or any upcoming holidays) and ensure your open dates are open in order to avoid upset clients. And please notify clients that there is parking available on-site with a fee if they drive a vehicle.

Thanks to Synergy my daughter was able to get CPR and Mask fit testing done on the same day. She is now happily in clinic placement!
