Lauzon Recycled Wood Energy Inc, Wood Pellets

Have used Lauzon pellets faithfully for 4+ years and never experienced the negative side effects that other raters had experienced. This year it has been a nightmare.I'm a professional heat tech and have only seen similar soot build up in oil burning appliances. As others have already experienced, the soot has a sticky quality to it, and smears an oily residue on the glass surface.I haven't complained to Lauzon, but my local dealer will lose a customer. I will suffer through the use of the remaining two pallets and will endeavor to bad mouth Lauzon at every chance. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT.

This product does not live up to its reputation Cubex ...... This is the first time i have ever posted a review, but feel its the right thing to do. This product will clog up your auger and hopper with so many fines .. on average about 1 cup per bag along with the dust that will choke you when trying to fill the hopper .when burning it produces a large amount of ash build up around the rim of the fire pot climbing onto the fire brick .... and growing outward. Next clogging up the fire pot creating large carbine deposits reducing the efficiency of the stove. The miantenance is incredible, hammer and chisel to clean out the pot . There also seems to be an oily residue that forms fist before the soot built up !This is just after burning 1 bag . I have contacted lauzon seemed suprised but would not do a thing. ps i tried many bags after trying different settings , called stove builder and lauzon but it was the definition of insanity.......I have run my stove on another product straight for a week with no residue carbon build up clogging auger jams and little to no fines ....... in fact have burned an entire skid with no problems..... unfortunatly i have a 3/4 of a skid of this stuff. CUBEX DO NOT BUY company does not stand behind its product .... Almost like they know its bad
