I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I purchased a Matrix bike and it broke the first time I used it. I requested a refund, they refused and now I’ve been waiting two months for them to fix it. Will never be purchasing matrix again

The customer service of this company is completely inexistent. I've tried the online ticket, email and left voicemails. I finally got them to send me the parts diagram and a credit card authorization form. I replied the next day with my CC and part that I needed. They've been ghosting me ever since. It's now been over 2 months and I still don't have the part. Buying parts should not be this complicated.
