I had a small part from a piece equipment break that is not available in stores in my area. The manufacturer pointed me to Art's Tools, as they were the local distributor. I called Art regarding the part and he immediately offered the piece off of his display unit so I could get back up and running. He charged me retail ($5) on the small plastic piece I needed, many other places would have taken advantage of someone in a bind who had no other options on a Friday. You don't find that level of customer service anywhere these days. Thank you !

I lost a small screw for my countersink bit, couldn't find the right one anywhere. Went there, had what I needed. They didn't charge me anything ! Outstanding service ! Never get that from a big store. My go to store from now on !
