Lucie has a fabulous program that took the chaos in my mind, re-arranged it and empowered me to create a logical, fluid, individualized plan. At each session, she armed me with exercises to help with any adversity.Our discussions guided my doubts, decisions and thoughts turning them into productive realizations with plans. Great coaching experience for me! Working with Lucie I've improved personal and professional relationships, and found greater balance in my life. Her techniques allow you to realize your strengths, appreciate your journey and obtain a greater sense of purpose. I wait for the follow-up notes from her after each session as it helps me to go over them again and reflect.
