We recently had a problem with our garage door. We called Creative Door for service. We spoke with Alex at customer service and she indicated that they were very busy but would try and help us.Within 2 days, their technician John, made a special visit to diagnose the problem and hopefully fix it. He did all that in a very helpful and efficient manner. We are extremely appreciative of Alex`s and John`s assistance in fixing our problem and we would highly recommend them and Creative Door for garage door service. It is interesting to note that Creative Door originally installed our door 12 years ago and this was the first problem we had encountered. Our 3 single garage doors were starting to fall apart. We ordered 3 new Wayne Dalton doors from Creative Door. The installers arrived on time, took down the old doors and had the 3 new quieter and better insulated doors installed and had cleaned up everything before lunch. Professional in every way! The new doors with new tracks and wheels are much quieter than the old ones. We're very satisfied.

Technician Adam and his associate were excellent and prompt in performing the service plus programming our new cars to the garage doors. Well done, Team at Creative Doors. Then we looked for the assistance from Creative Door and Randy came over.His professional and carefulness is impressive and he did not only replace the part that we requested, also did he undergo a brief inspection and lubrication of the gate. I got 2 quotes for the replacement of my garage door and Creative Doors was $400 less than the other quote. I chose Creative Doors not only because of the lower price, but because in the past as a property manager I had used them and their service was great and reasonably priced. The only issue I had was a supply chain issue of the door due to Covid and hurricanes in the manufacturers area. The old door was safely dismantled and taken away and the new one installed without a glitch. It looks good, operates well and definitely improves the look of my house!
