We were going to attempt to move my old upright piano from Bradford to Oro ourselves, but decided to check into piano movers. William Smith and Sons were reasonably priced and provided wonderful and prompt service. They were friendly, polite and showed up when they said they would. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend them any day.

Had a great experience and would highly recommend! Bill was very prompt in returning my emails, and was kind of enough to give me a window of time and a call before picking up the piano as per my request. His quote was very reasonable, and he was on time (not common for movers in my experience). They took great care with the piano and made sure I was happy with where it was placed before leaving. Outstanding service for our live event. They had to move a piano onto a small stage in the middle of a water feature. They then remained on standby for the whole event in case the piano needed to be moved due to weather. Great event. Friendly crew.

Times are tough so we were going to try and move our piano ourselves but Im very happy we didnt! They helped us this morning to move a piano from one house to another. They were friendly, punctual, and definitely know their stuff!! They had all the equipment and were also super fast!! Not to mention they were literally hundreds of dollars cheaper than all the other quotes I got! Thank you!

Couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish. When I first requested a quote from the company, Bill emailed me back right away, and that's how the communication continued - quick responses, efficient, and very pleasant. The crew that moved my piano were great, extremely polite and a pleasure to work with. The piano was my late grandfather's and had been in the family since I was a small child - I knew that Bill and his crew would take care of it. They definitely knew what they were doing. Highly recommend the company, and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you guys!
