Purchased a guitar online from Beats & Bytes. Shipping/Packing was fast no issues. However there was a concern with the Instrument upon arrival and phone calls were made. Instrument was returned via shipping and refund was done. Trustworthy place to buy from. Good people.

I think the staff need some better training, do not take their word for it when they tell you that you have a store credit because I had a 40 store credit miraculously disappear. The staff aren’t trained on how to use the systems properly because no one knew how to print me off proof of my proof of my new store credit of 170. I had to make a scene and almost have an anxiety attack just to get proof to make sure I didn’t lose my 170 credit like I did with the 40 one. No manager was present to talk to me, the supervisor avoided me, and the staff just stood around staring at me like they were getting their entertainment for the day. I didn’t want to risk my 170 credit disappear like my 40 one did amd no one knew how to give me proof of this credit. Now I have a 170 credit I’m stuck with that I can’t even use because I don’t even want to go in there I’m so upset. a staff lied to me when I went in to pay on my layaway one day they told me I had enough that I could pick up one of my items that day and I expressed that I more concerned about the bigger one because the default date was close but he said not to worry about the due date as long as I’m paying I’m fine and being a loyal customer for over a decade I believed him, big mistake don’t believe when they tell you this about a layaway. The staff aren’t all on the same page. I hope nothing happens to my 170 credit

Friendly knowledgeable staff, great upbeat environment, all the staff knows what they’re talking about and are always able to answer any questions I have, great to work with. Everyone greats me with a smile anytime I walk through the door. Prices are great, and they always have a wide selection of products. It’s rare they don’t have what I’m looking for. I can honestly say I have never had a complaint my entire time going here.

Brought in a ps4 pro to get fixed and brought it in perfectly clean inside and out.i was told it would take 3 weeks to get looked at and a couple days later decided not to get it fixed I would put that money towards a ps5. Went in today and my ps4 is filthy had a couple broken air vent slots and the battery is stuck not able to remove it now. They put in complete inner components that were not mine and put the top and bottom cover of mine on. The rest is from another broken ps4 pro not happy totally scammed by them. Probably took my parts to make a working ps4 pro so they could sell it. Leaving me with basically something that can't be fixed even if I wanted to fix it.and I can prove it my thermal paste was all dried up and now it's newalso inside their are thermal pads which don't line up to the spots they are supposed to which means they put in a part from a different model ps4 pro.

Lost a long time customer. Smarmy and disrespectful staff cost the company $$ today. Went in for a for-sure couple of hundred dollar sale, walked out and gladly spent more on the same item elsewhere. I wouldn't even buy a guitar pick from them anymore. Disgraceful attitudes. And, no thanks, it's irrevocably broken, and there is nothing I want from your establishment. Here's the sad thing... I had already purchased the item, had a question about the receipt, and your staff's attitude make me bring it back in and nullify the sale. Not a good business model. If I could give this experience a 0, I would have.
