Snow Valley Aerial Park

Such a fun, must-try experience in our own city! We visited on a Sunday evening & had a great adventure. The staff make a good job providing all the necessary instructions & then you will be mostly on your own to explore different obstacles & can ask for help if needed! The obstacles have different levels of difficulty with the black coloured locks being the most difficult ones (those ones I skipped almost entirely :). Highly recommended for at least once!

This was a first time for me and I had a blast. I always loved going to the park and playing on the monkey bars as a kid. It really shows how out of shape I am since then. Fun for all ages for sure, but I feel I have some room for improvement for next time. I am not afraid of heights by any means but in the first few courses that I did, it was a bit scary considering I went straight to the top tier. Great instructors and very safe. I did have to be rescued" on two courses

We went on the Father’s Day weekend (Saturday) and we had a blast! My kids are 8 years old and it was a good mix of different skill levels for the obstacles. The features on the course are creative - ie. Chair lift, canoe, camper car, snow boards.You cannot bring your cell to take pictures but the staff can help you take pics and send to you for free. This is where we were most disappointed about though. The staff member was more than willing to help us get some great shots. But we never got the correct pics sent to us. We were sent a link for the previous Saturday and when I requested a new link for the correct date, I got no response. Very disappointed - the pics would’ve been great Father’s Day memories. Hence giving only 4 stars rating. That’s our only complaint. Otherwise it was very fun experience for our family!June 24/23 Just an update, that a supervisor did end up getting back to me about our pictures and in the end we got the correct link and access to our amazing pictures! Thank you!

We visited the park today and had a fabulous experience! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, very patient with my kids. We had one young man in particular who did our orientation, then helped guide us through most of our obstacles, he was so encouraging to my young kids and helped both of them with obstacles I wasn't confident on, and he took some great pictures for us! He certainly made our experience much smoother and more enjoyable than if I'd been tackling it alone! Every staff member we encountered was smiling and talkative and happy to help. We went earlier in the morning which was great as we were the only ones there at first. We will definitely be back!

After a not so great experience last season, I was contacted by management who remedied this situation to make for a better overall experience. We will be giving the park another try this upcoming season! I am very happy with the professionalism and customer I received from Tim. Thank you!

Super fun! Super safe! Choose your own adventure style!

A new must-do attraction in Edmonton. All of our party including kids under 10 and adults had an amazing time.Kids over 125cm can go on the full tower but I'd suggest that you're 1:1 with small kids to adults as the kids have a tough time reaching up to click everything in.Lots of instruction and staff on site. The whole thing feels very safe and well built while still being fun and exciting for all ages.Practice on level 1 before heading up the tower to the more challenging obstacles. Kids under 10 may have problems with some obstacles but there was always another set that we could try out.At the top of the tower there is a large winch that you connect up to and then you can jump right off the tower. Everyone (including the adults) loved, loved, loved the experience.Absolute 5 star.

Took two of my teens here and they had a great time. We booked online the morning of and were able to get two spots in the 11am time slot. I would definitely book ahead and not just show up as some time slots were already sold out for the day. Course appears very challenging from the ground and I wasn't brave enough to try it myself (not for the price tag anyway). They played on the structure for about 1.5 hours in total. The safety briefing is about 20-25 minutes which doesn't start until your booked time. I didn't realize this (tho it does say on the website safety briefing is inclusive of your 3 hours you pay for) and thought that was why we needed to be there at least 30 minutes in advance. I made sure we were there 45 minutes ahead. As a result we sat around for about 55 minutes as safety briefing didn't start until 10 minutes after our booked time for some reason. In the future I would not arrive quite so early as the check in part only took about 2 minutes since I had filled in waivers online. There were some people in our time slot who didn't show up until 10 minutes before the booked time and it appeared to be no problem as they still ended up in my kids' group. They appear to keep the groups going on at the time slots small enough that the structure is never too busy to still enjoy it.The way that you are harnessed in and clipped to the lines I am not sure how the safety system would fail (as described by another reviewer) without human error contributing but then again roller coaster aren't supposed to fall off tracks either but I can say in our situation that I never felt my kids were in danger while they were there and I stayed to watch them the entire time. While this is a pricey day of play (I wish they had a family rate) it is unique and I am happy to see that we have something like this in Edmonton!
