Love coming to this dental clinic. I have a great experience every time I go. Kaitlyn and Dr. Liu are very friendly and their work is outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I highly recommend Sunset Dental Centre in Greely. The team is so professional, friendly and caring and the centre is incredibly clean and comfortable. I had a dental emergency about a month ago during a weekend and Dr. Liu offered to come into the office on his day off to fix my tooth. He also checked in regularly by phone to ensure I was doing well! How often does that happen in today's world? I was so impressed and grateful! I will be a loyal client of Sunset Dental Centre for many years to come :-)

Dr. Liu is one of those rare dentists who combines up-to-the minute dental know-how with quiet and calm efficiency and most importantly, empathy. I was not expecting to hear a dentist speak about his work as an art form, but the results more than bore out his claim: they were beautiful and yes, they were artistic! Dr. Liu is supported in his work by an excellent team, and his hygienist gave me perhaps one of the best dental cleanings I have ever had. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

From the start, my experience at Sunset Dental Centre has been exceptional. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and organized. The hygienist was very skilled, gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. She provided me with excellent tips to improve my daily oral care. The dental assistant was very helpful and thorough, working with Dr. Liu to correct some unusual retainer issues I had, which I thought were unfixable. Dr. Liu was very prompt, gentle, pleasant, and thorough. He provided excellent advice to assist in my oral health, even pointing out specific teeth that required additional brushing and flossing. He took his time to answer all my questions. At no time did I feel rushed. I had questions about a few procedures. I couldn't help noticing how Dr. Liu is thorough and simultaneously cost-efficient in the services he provides and recommends. I really felt that all of his recommendations were in my best interests. The clinic is very clearly cutting-edge with technology I'd never seen before. This is truly modern day dentistry at it's best. I have been to a variety of different dentists over the years and this has definitely been the best dental experience of my life. I highly recommend Dr. Liu and his team!

Wonderful teeth whitening experience. The hygienist named Julia who helped me did a fantastic job. My teeth are literally shiny white ! Very interactive making a typically not so exciting experience super enjoyable.There was even an overhead TV available to watch Netflix and YouTube mid procedure. Wow ! Would recommend this office to anyone in the area.

Everyone here is so kind and understanding. The receptionist Lina is quick to respond to calls and emails, even called to double check with my insurance in regards to coverage before my appointment so I knew what was covered and if I'd be paying for anything out of pocket. My hygienist for my inital appointment Kaitlyn was very kind, personable and extremely good at her job! Dr. Liu did my initial exam and 2 fillings and he is equally easy to talk to, is very communicative about what is being done and asks for input throughout to make sure his patient is happy and comfortable with what is being done. I didn't catch her name but he had a different hygienist help with the fillings and she was also extremely good at her job and made the whole process very easy and not stressful for me. I rarely leave reviews but Sunset Dental is exceptional, 5 stars all around!

My mom and I had a wonderful experience visiting Sunset Dental, and this would be definitely the only dental clinic we will be going from now on. Dr. Liu is very patient, efficient, and professional, he is very experienced with making treatment plan for the patient yet respecting patient’s opinions, he provided alternative options for my mom and explained the outcomes. My mom’s visits were smooth and the result has been great, and I have only been hearing compliments my mom made about Sunset Dental! This Dental Clinic has so much potential in every way! I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go!

Been going to Robert for the last 3 times for myself and my partner. He is very proficient and knowledgeable about dentistry. Once you talk to him, you'll feel his passion for his work. The facility is always clean and their staff is friendly. He communicates what his limitations are and can recommend the best specialists for the job, specific to your needs. The information exchanged in the initial consultation is very concise and transparent, this include their pricing. Highly recommend Sunset Dental if you're in the Ottawa/Greely/Findley Creek/Russell area.

Sunset Dental has a very welcoming atmosphere. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and punctual. Dr. Liu is one of the best dentists for implant and dental services, if not the best in Ottawa. I was very happy to find him online after a long search. I have been his client for two years and with every service comes amazing results. His prices are very reasonable.
