I love the environment in pet planet! Me and my dog come in all the time and everyone is always so kind! My dog says she loves the free biscuit Friday! I highly recommend pet planet to any pet owner!

As a cat owner, I am really quite disappointed with their selection. They appear to have plenty of great healthy options for your pets, but they are still quite limited. They don't have very many options for cat collars and didn't carry my favorite brand of cat litter (Exquisicat).

I have been shopping at this location for several years. The staff are super sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! So, when I heard they added grooming to their services, I decided to give them a try.Edit, the groomer is a lovely lady who made myself and my dog JoJo feel very comfortable. She did a super job of grooming JoJo and the price is comparable to most. I loved the added touch of the 'Grooming Report Card too!I will definitely be back!Thank you to all staff for consistently providing great service!"

Biancha (and Ollie) are beyond amazing. We haven’t had a puppy in our lives for 13 years. She was so helpful and calming when we felt maybe a little stressed/excited, I can’t wait till we can visit again very soon! :)

I absolutely love this Pet Planet location, it is walking distance from my house so I am there all the time. The staff here treats my dog with so much kindness and offer treats every-time I walk in. This Pet Planet has such an amazing environment for all pets and their owners!

These guys surprised me in a good way. I was in a few months ago looking for a specific dog food. The gal scribbled my name and number down and I thought that I would never hear from them but sure enough they called me a week ago to let me know they had what I wanted back in stock. Kudos!

Staff was unprofessional and gave off weird vibes. When we walked in the lady at the front desk asked us if we needed help with anything and we said no. We were looking at pet treats when the same lady asks us what kind of dog we owned, we told her we owned a mini poodle and she said “aww that’s no fun”. What.. all we could do was laugh it off awkwardly and get the hell out of that store .
