Quintessential used book store - organized enough so that you can find the right section, but chaotic enough that there's the excitement of a really good find. We stopped in here after having some sushi next door (strongly recommend!) and weren't planning on buying anything but couldn't walk away without getting a few choice selections!

Wow! If you love books then prepare to enter heaven! I love used book stores and this place is among the best there still is. I lost track of time and even what I was looking for because there were so many glorious books all around. I found what I wanted and so much more.

This bookstore is so good that I originally wanted to gatekeep it. I’ve been going here for years, sometimes just to decompress. I always end up finding a book that’s been on my TBR list. They have a great book collection and I’ve found rare vinyl here. Great prices. Tim and Al are super friendly and really knowledgeable.

This place is so magical that after we first stumbled upon it I almost expected it to not be there the next time we went. But at 8pm on a Saturday night we wandered in and fell in love. Billy holiday playing on vinyl and a man and a cat and stacks upon stacks of books. A treasure trove where you almost expect to find some rare book that no one has seen before. We wanted to buy so many books just to ensure that the business would survive because its everything you want a bookstore to be. Filled with books I remember from my childhood as well, I honestly felt like I walked back through time stepping in there. I hope with all my heart they never go out of business.

The owner is such a gem for knowledge and you can get lost in this cute place for a couple hours if you’re not careful! Great place to bring a date and have a trip down memory lane

It was a nice book store and I appreciate the owner was so prompt in answering our inquiries. I was happy with my purchase of several classic books. I also found a few interesting books on the stack of books on the floor. It was an exciting experience of finding a good book beneath the many books.

Such a lovely little place and the owner was very attentive. He gave me a tour of the store telling me where everything is (there are tons of books but he’s got a system going!) I walked away with 3 books at a very reasonable price.

Cool, cozy bookstore. An interesting mix of books and jazz records, and everything is currently on sale.

we came here last night around 7pm after having sushi next door. I saw some very interesting reads but didn't pick anything up. Hope to come back again. I love bookstores!

Why do I like Carson books? Because I can find all the books I like. It's disorganized organized used book store. It's a nice little place that nice to drop by now and then. Owner seems like a nice guy.
