I’ve been here before and it was decent, but the quality has definitely come down. Upon entering, it took 15 minutes to be seated and the restaurant was not even half full. They want to take care of people paying to leave prior to seating new customers leading to a huge lineup. There was also a worker near the front end laying down with his shoes off. Not very appetizing…Finally, they cheap out on some ingredients in their rolls like no crab in their dynamite roll and no sauce with their chicken karage.Overall disappointed and probably wouldn’t go back.

Didn't have to make a reservation on a weekend evening and got seated right away. The tables are not extremely close together so there is some comfort in having the extra room. Staff were patient in giving time to wait for the rest of our party and to order.Food arrived within a reasonable time after ordering and was quite good. Rice was cooked well and food was hot. Wouldn't say that the food is exceptional, but is definitely fairly priced and of good quality.Would recommend a visit if you're looking for some standard Japanese food.

Stopped here for a quick lunch. The place is pretty big and looks like it has seen better days. The menu is pretty extensive, and the service is okay. Bento boxes are fair in size and reasonably priced. Food is alright, I can't say something stood out for me, but then again, there was nothing wrong about it, just your average lunch box. I wish Beef Tataki would have a crispier sear, but it was still good though. Overall, good for a quick lunch, not sure if I would come here for a full dinner.

Free parking and in downtown New west near Douglas College.Location has great service and good portions.The food is good and filling. Nothing special or over the top but if you are in New West and feel like Sushi this is a safe place to go to.We had a great vegetable tempura, beef tar tar, salmon sashimi which was sockeye (not Atlantic Salmon), as well as 2 of their specialty rolls which were all good.$$

Great food, easy to understand menu, and attentive service. Good casual spot for a couple friends or a small group/family. I love the little kolokes! They just need to fix the door closer so it doesn't slam behind you. Yikes!

Been dining in and ordering takeout from Ki Sushi since 2017 and can easily state that it is one of the best sushi restaurants in the city. The staff provide amazing service, especially those who recognize my family and I as regulars. They go above and beyond and take time to say a quick 'hi' even when they are busy, providing us with such a welcoming atmosphere. Lastly, the food... everything we have ordered and tried has always tasted fresh and delicious.

Today I had lunch at this place. Combo was OK, but too fatty for me. I paid for our meal but was pushed to pay tips. A lady who was charging me said its a policy, I have to pay tips. I live in a free country. Its my choice to give tips or not. I always tip for a great service. I added tips to pay with my card and the female staff member said- no its not enough. My husband gave her cash and after that she stopped.Horrible experience! My Saturday was ruined! Stay away from this place!

Convenient location directly across New West Sky train station. Large portions. Food is comparable to other Japanese restaurants in this price range. If you want quality, pay more and go elsewhere, if you want quantity at reasonable price.. this is the place to go.
