I had the pleasure of working with Amy today. She is always very enthusiastic and passionate about having others reach their fitness goals. She puts together a great workout program. I highly recommend Amy for anyone looking for a personal trainer. I feel she could up anyone's competitive game in juijitsu and other sports.

Amy is truly passionate about her work with NLP and with helping people reach their performance goals. I had the pleasure of working with Amy at a seminar in Toronto and also completed a NLP session with her. Amy's thirst for knowledge is second to none and it shows in her passion for her work. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of having an NLP Session with Amy and was wonderfully surprised!! Her insight and easy going attitude made it seem like fun and introspective but also light considering how heavy some the feelings were. She makes you at ease and is professional and a very inspiring individual! I look forward to further sessions and checking into her private conditioning programs as well as time goes!
