I was sent here by Epson Product Support. I got excellent and knowledgeable attention to my scanner cleaning problem; they found a cleanser that was safe on the plastic protective window, but would also remove the dot of red ink that was fouling the scans. No more than about 10-15 minutes of time in the shop; some good advice on how to keep the scanner/copier/printer clean; and no charge

Excellent work. Purchased a laptop on online auction and it would not get out of repair loop. IG Office told me the mother board was gone but the computer was still under warranty. Sent to HP and they are replacing the mother board, about $800 fix for 0 cost. IG Office is very professional and efficient. Thank you.

OUTSTANDING customer service. I have an Epson printer that needed warranty work. Epson instructed me to take it to I.G Office Nesa. I had never heard of the place. Considering the work was warranty and some issues came up (with Epson NOT I.G Office Nesa), the staff truly provide great customer service when they really didn't have to.

Barely deserves the one star. Canon sent me there because my printer kept jamming and 2 replacements were no better. When I picked up the printer Izu gave me a whole bunch of stuff he claims was printed with it and when i asked if it was going to work now he said it was working but who knows what might happen on my drive home. I got home. I didn't drop the printer or anything. It still kept constantly jamming. Total waste of time and frankly insulting. Maybe the owners are better i wouldn't know. But i refuse to go back and find out. Ended up getting a different model printer and having to pay for it myself as Canon didn't believe me that two replacements were just as bad.

This is the spot. Get your computers repaired there people!My 3070 PC broke down and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. The website I bought it from didn’t assemble it properly which made it eventually have cooling problems.John was awesome as he knew exactly what needed to be fixed with his experienced knowledge. The older gentleman was also awesome too as he kept the shop open for me for an extra 10 minutes on a Friday; which shows their sheer dedication they have along with great customer service.They were punctual with their response time. Got it fixed and runs great now. 5/5 would recommend the place and will be returning for laptop repairs.

We have a large Epsom printer that had paper jams and wonky printing.Sheldon provided the finest service I have ever encountered. Price was very fair. Everything he did was absolutely professional from pick up to delivery.These are the only people you want to deal with for any printer problems. They are the best.
