Just want to say a big thank you to the professional staff of this store. Bought a Sony 65 inch TV and at the end of the installation that I did noticed my screen was cracked so I repack everything and returned to the store the day after. I was honest and told them my problem, the manager replace the TV. Without any question. The mportant part was to be honest, was it cracked or did I accidentally did it can't say. But they replaced it thank you again.

I like more the high-end electronics and best buy delivers but for a price.The only thing holding me back from a 4 star is that they have trouble respecting they're extended warranty on there products.

Employees are always ready to assist you and make sure you have the right thing and everything you need. Friendly. Good service plan, not overprice when you see/understand what you have access to. Great choice of product in store and even more online.

We were looking for a fun colourful toaster and none were to be found. A sales rep showed us their selection on line and there it was! Blue, pink, yellow,.... fun toasters! We went home, ordered, and it arrived in under a week!

Geeksquad service they charging you 150$ to remove windows 10 S (hey type on google how to remove windows 10 S) is going to take you 3minutes even if you dont know what is google !! worst service I ever seen in my life this is the reason why store are going to close in the near future.... get a grip

What I wanted was not in stock as usual and hard to get someone to help and even harder to find someone that knows what they're talking about. They sell to many thing and not one of them well. The biggest problem of a monopoly is no competition to make you better

Buy far THE WORST experience I have had in a tech good store. The service was so poor and even worse from the manager.So I walk into the Best buy on a Sunday evening at 4:55 pm realizing they are closing soon, I had just made it and mu situation was a critical one.I had forgotten my mac book pro charger at a friends house and needed it for work the next day. I thought I would just go to my local friendly Best Buy to get a replacement.The staff had no intention to help me and I felt this right off the bat. I felt maybe a manager would be helpful. When I asked for one I got this totally rude and unwilling to help manager who clearly just wanted me to leave.The service was poor and they didn't even have a charger in stock. Because of this terrible experience I shall make sure to boycot this poor service company and continue to buy my good online.Zero smiles, zero intention to help - just a terrible experience. 0/10 BRAVO!

I had done my research online prior to going to the store. I had a printout of what I wanted and an employee pointed me to the area where I could find it; no further assistance was given. The item was in stock, thus I got what I needed, I was simply hoping for a bit more service.

Their selection is decent but sometimes priced higher than other retailers or online. Fortunately, they have a lowest price guarantee" which is nice. Just show that what you're comparing is indeed exactly the same and they'll match the price. If it's within 30 days (if I remember correctly)

Manager Choufani did not want to process my return. There was no reason for this. I bought a TV last week (less than 30 days), and he told me to return it at a different Best Buy. As a former employee, the reason for this is because stores do not want to take the “hit” on a purchase that large.Best Buy is not a franchise, and this goes against its own return policy.I will launch a formal complaint against the stores general manager, Choufani. 0/10
