Extremely friendly and patient. I dealt with Ashley at this location on almost a dozen visits as she was always pleasant and full of good information. Age was also very empathetic to the challenges in growing accustomed to cpap therapy. Would recommend this location!

No one answers the phone at this location or at any of the other locations in Ottawa! The employee will call me and leave a message to call them at the office phone number, but when I do call, all I get is an answering machine!! How are clients supposed to be able to reach anyone at Medigas??! Hire some telephone reps ! However, when I am able to reach somebody, I do get good service with the employee - they are very knowledgeable and professional.

I had been an odsp client with medigas on ages for 10+ years.For the first 6 years or so it was fine... and for a year or two I had been assisted by someone fabulous named Emanuel, but for the last 3 years service has been beyond disappointing.I would call and get to speak to someone (usually within a week) but then request them to put paper work in for new parts for my machine (something that must be done by medigas not me) and they would continuously fax the wrong number and never follow up with either myself nor any odsp workers) so it would take weeks, if not months for my replacement parts that I'm supposed to recieve every 6 monthsI just recieved my replacement cpap from the Phillips recall June 2023Any time I visit the office there is never anyone at the front desk and have to wait for someone to walk by or notice me to come from another room to assist meThis time when I went to pick up my cpap when the woman came to the desk and I told her why I was there, she couldn't find my cpap order so she harshly asked how I knew it was ready and if I had confirmed or not, when I told her I had been called to pick up my machine she seemed exasperated that she had to find my new cpap (and parts and parts for my husband)When everything was found she then told me I needed the OLD machine, because we were going to EXCHANGE the machines so I had to go all the way home to get the old one and return for the new oneNow that I finally have my new cpap I will be looking for a new provider for my parts moving forward

My wife suggested I go here after looking online. Called to see about availability of part that had broken on my headgear. Said they had it in stock. Went and bought it and my wife had said it was reasonable price. Was surprised how expensive it was but was not aware of price she had seen it for.When I got home my wife was upset as the price was over 2 times more expensive than on the website. Checked about returning item and told no returns. Item was not open. Asked about price adjustment told not possible. Told I could talk to a manager and was put through to voicemail of someone out on vacation.Not happy! Same company price 136 online but 294 at the store.

I think the main office of Medigas is in Ottawa and I think they should look into the office in Hamilton. They have the worst customer service ever. I paid for filters 4 weeks ago and I still don't have it. They told me they will call me when the mask arrives and I am still waiting. In the meantime I don't have a good sleep because if this.... What do I do?Very frustraiting

With all the issues of a World Wide recall from a certain manufacturer; numerous Ottawa CPAP user have found themselves in a difficult situation. My CPAP supplier was unable to help me for months.I managed to get a script from the Ottawa Sleep Clinc and began calling for inventory status.I was lucky enough to contact Emmanuel Drouin at Medigras. He told me the documentation that was required, and hooked me up the next day with a new CPAP Device. Emmanuel was very knowledgeable, and completed the transaction in under half an hour. He is a true Professional!Service is such a scare commodity theses days......but not at Medigas.l Drou
