Beware!! No ethics, no fairness. On Aug 10, 2020 my wife and I drove 3 hours to this dealer from Port Lambton looking to see a trailer advertised as having air conditioning. He knew we were coming as we were texting each other as to arrival. When we arrived we saw it had no air so talked to salesperson (Sidnee) and manager (a hole) both of whom thought it had air, they looked for a/c unit and there was none on the roof. I offered to split the cost of installing a/c with him ($1300) but he said you know someone will buy this unit so the price is it

Had issues that seemed minor at the time of purchase. They are not minor.Worst place to buy a trailor. Go to Niagara Trailors

Dealt w Wyatt and he was very helpful and quite funny ( turny knows and screw thingys) . I was happy w the service and trailer but it didn't come w everything we needed to camp, ( hose and pigtail for hydro ) .Other than that's I have nothing bad to say about Right Choice.

My husband and I chose to take our trailer to Right Choice for repairs July 2022 because we live locally. We realized after the work was done what a mistake we had made by choosing Right Choice. The repairs were not done correctly, it was a poor job with no quality standard. The hours we got charged were completely inflated compared to the poor quality repairs that were “completed”. Right choice also did further damage to our trailer and when the owner finally reached out to us after he took absolutely no ownership for the damage, even though we had before and after pictures, his reply when we asked for the damaged they caused to be repaired was “nah, that’s not how this works, take me to court for the damage we did” At least the service appointment employee gave us some free $20 patches to throw over the holes they put in our canvas. The owner is rude and unprofessional and instead of taking him to court with all my proof, I just decided to tell everyone I know about my family’s bad experience.

Recently purchased a Class C motor Home from Right Choice motors, we have nothing bad to say. Sydnee and Wyatt were very professional throughout and very pleasant to deal with. Good to see young people with a great attitude.

We bought our first travel trailer from Todd & Kelly and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Their son was patient and helpful as we toured the lot. He helped us narrow down our options based on budget and towing capacity. Prices were very competitive overall, and we got a great deal on a lightly-used trailer. All stock was in great shape. The whole family helped us newbies learn the ropes when we picked up the trailer. Highly recommended - was worth the drive from Toronto!
