K & M Barbers Elgin

I arrived late for my appointment yesterday so I wasn't dealt with by Kate like requested, which is fair enough. However, the owner who cut my hair seemed annoyed at me and was talking about an employee who she had to let go who cut my hair far better than she did. Asking for more length taken off and she sighed, cut it a little, and then didn't fade any of it like I'd asked. So now I have a very strange haircut with very little fading. Not at all the quality I'd expect from the owner.I think this barbers is usually quite good, I think the people who work there are great at cutting hair. Not so much the owner, so I might advise avoiding her for the cut itself - she'll spend half her time talking to you instead of getting on with it, then literally do half a job. Really disappointed as this used to be my regular.

Donna at K+M has been trimming my pixie cut for a few months now and I trust her completely! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now - she’s brilliant.

Taken all 3 of my children to Donna for haircuts. 1 is autistic and struggles and the littlest a wiggly 3 year old. She explained everything before she does it and all 3 have come away with smashing haircuts. Even my curly haired one. Coudnt recommend her enough .

Excellent service from Donna cutting my sons hair.Very attentive to him making sure he was calm throughout his haircut.My son had previously been a nightmare with getting his hair cut and today was a brilliant experience.10/10

Been going to K&M for a little while now. Good service even when busy. I try to book Kate as she cuts my hair perfect every time.

Hair was so long that my wife began to not recognise me. Thought I'd pay a visit to the barbers. I received my skin fade today by Brendan (excuse spelling) great cut and great chat, I will certainly be going back there for my cuts if that's the standard they produce. Thanks very much.

I'm relatively new to the area and this place has quickly become my favourite. The staff are welcoming and professional, Brendan listened to what I wanted and then did a perfect job. Thank you very much.
