Maranda Optométrie

Been going to Maranda for glasses since 2011. Just bought my 5th pair of glasses from them, and I told them I wasn't super happy about some worn out parts on my old lenses (Oakley's), so they hooked me up with some spare parts they had (no charge) and now my old ones are like new as well! They get me.

Outstanding is the word!Broke my glasses while traveling around Quebec, went to Maranda and walked out with superb new ones within an hour later!Great English-language service (hard to find around Quebec City) and vast frame selection.I wish we had a store like this back home, highly recommended!

C'est excessivement coûteux (environ 160$ pour obtenir les résultats de ton examen de la vue). Les délais d'attentes pour avoir un rendez-vous sont déraisonnables, car ils m'ont dit 3 fois de les rappeler dans 2 mois pour essayer d'avoir un rendez-vous dans 3 mois... Et ils chargent des frais de 20$ pour te redonner un examen de la vue que tu as déjà payé.

On me charge 500$ pour mettre mes verre dans mes monture Ralph Lauren qui sont impeccable . Je demande à avoir ma prescription. On me charge 200$ pour avoir ma prescription. !! J’appelle ailleurs pour 300$ je vais refaire l’examen et acheter mes verres pour 300$ jamais plus vous ne me verrez chez Maranda . Ni moi, ni personne qui me connais !

Very pleased with my purchase and experience from Maranda. Was a busy day when I was there, and one of the owners actually came down from his office to help out so I didn't have to wait. You don't see that too often these days. Would buy there again!

Des vrais pros, une très grande sélection de montures en succursale comme en ligne, les lunettes Oakley, Ray Ban, Castel, etc. et les verres de contact Acuvue, Dailies, Airoptix, etc., le tout aux meilleurs prix. Je recommande!

Si vous souhaité payer trop cher et payer encore pour du service après vente , vous être au bon endroit. J'ai obtenu 2 paire pour le même prix chez la compétition , et le remplacement des coussinets et gratuit pour la durée des lunettes.Mais le personnel est courtois.

today went to maranda I,ve been waiting for over 6 months for an appointment in order to have a genetic test done for macular degeneration and I showed up on time, as I presented myself at the front desk I was told that they werent aware of that the appointment was for that test after I spoke twice with them regarding this appointment. that said they also told me that I Was obligated to change my glasses otherwise the test was cancelled. Trying to explain myself to the person in question and then she gets up her chair and tell me to leave immediately this is the worst service ever we 've been clients for years and then I had to leave and rescheduled not sure if I will go if I can find something else at another place I will
