Merry Maids of Rapid City

I paid $267 for 2 1/2 bathrooms to be cleaned. This was the “initial” cleaning which is supposed to be a “DEEP” clean. I rated them through the link they provided and stated that the master bathroom tub was still filthy with grime in it. The 1/2 bathroom still had dust in the window sill. They responded immediately that they would send Quality Assurance out after lunch. She did show up, but only cleaned what I pointed out. She did not look over anything else that had been cleaned. Quality Assurance is supposed to check the work especially if there has been a complaint of incomplete work. But nope. The chrome still had water spots. I cannot believe that I paid almost $300 for that. Then when I called to cancel my bi-weekly cleanings…I was offered a different person. No thank you. Everyone I spoke with was polite. But the “guarantee of their service” was definitely a disappointment.

I needed help in December because of my work schedule and the upcoming holidays! The girls from Merry Maids took a huge weight off my shoulders. My house was very clean. They are professional and friendly. I cannot thank them enough!

Overpriced. Charged approximately $190 an hour to clean an apartment that was already very clean. They charged by the square footage and it resulted in an unreasonable high bill that they refused to reconsider or renegotiate.Staff that came to clean the apartment were great and did a good job.

They did a wonderful job on my kitchen, which has been a bit neglected. As some of us do, I suffer from depression/anxiety and just the thought of deep cleaning has been daunting/overwhelming to me.I called and let them know that I needed help, and then two wonderful ladies showed up did a great job.The kitchen looks very nice and everything smells wonderful. Thank you so much for your help!

What an amazing job! My showers look brand new. The attention to detail was amazing. I just am so happy with the service. We will definitely be using Merry Maids again.

Excellent and extremely thorough! Even took out the bathroom vent fan and washed it. Got dust out of all the cracks. Scrubbed my tub and made it look better than I thought was possible. I had them come over because my cat has excess dander and in the winter even I was becoming allergic, but this clean took care of the problem! Heather was really diligent and I am thankful for her work ethic.

Danielle and Abby was wonderful and did a outstanding job! I'm very happy with their work & will definitely recommend them to my friends! (Does not judge)

The absolute best cleaning my house has received!!! Have never had anyone as thorough as Merry Maids. Pleasant, courteous ladies and know their job well. Will definitely recommend.

We have dogs so our house is a real Shedland. Danielle does very well at getting all the fur and does not seem to mind being barked at each time she leaves and re-enters a room. (Chihuahuas are kind of stupid.) We recommend her.

Our cleaner Danielle did a great job on a deep clean of our home. The service is more expensive than others around here and I worry that not enough of it goes to the actual workers, but I can’t deny that it’s nice to have everything managed and handled for you. Overall good experience with Merry Maids.
