Chad Stafford was friendly, helpful, responded right away & worked quickly. The phone connection was not good

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Allstate Tecumseh - St. Clair Shores Agency under the management of David Antonuzzo. I was facing the problem of automatic payment failure while I was out of country and Mr. Antonuzzo step in to resolve the issue and made my remaining trip at peace knowing that my car insurance wasn’t interrupted and handled the situation well. He gave me other possible options very clearly and resolved for me to avoid further issue - he waived the NSF too. The ability to provide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations.I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills this agency provided. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship.I would love to recommend your company to anyone who needs insurance. Keep up the good work.
