We had squirrels in our attic for a long time that we were unable to get rid of on our own. Sean was very professional and always quick to respond and pick up squirrels as they got caught in the traps. Our problem was solved within a week! The service is very fairly priced compared to other companies. I would highly recommend using Elementary Pest Management for all of your pest removal needs!

We were the very unwilling hosts of a large rat in our home. It wasn’t hiding, it was right out in the open in our living room... it was huge! I called all the “big name” companies and none could make a house call on less than 3 days notice. Thank goodness we ended up with Elementary! He was able to attend our property quickly and after being at our home about 15 minutes was able to trap and remove the rat! Even though I was completely disgusted by that rat, you could see he was an animal lover. He checked our entire home for entrance spots, found several and came back to secure them. Super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. If he hadn’t trapped it immediately, we would likely have had to go to a hotel and replace all our food. This service saved us hundreds of dollars! We’re thrilled- thank you!

Sean is an awesome pest control guy. He came early and checked out all possible nooks and crannies that mice and rats can get in the house. He checked our crawl space and the attic. He found some activity in the attic but wasn’t sure if it was past issues or current ones. He set out baits and came back in 10 days. Luckily for us, there were no activities and we were sure that the droppings found in the attic was from the past. He found three openings in the attic that pests can enter and went ahead and sealed them off. He went around the entire perimeter of the house and closed off all possible openings to the house. I feel really great that the pest problems of the house was under Sean’s care. I would absolutely call him for help again and will recommend him to my closest friends and family. Plus I will use him for ant problems in the spring/summer. His price is super reasonable and he really spends time helping you fix your problems. Please call him if you have any pest issues.

I should have made the call to deal with our squirrel problem two years ago. We had finally had enough when we heard a squirrel chewing away on something inside our roof. I did a search for exterminators/pest control and submitted for quotes via Yelp. Sean responded right away to say that he would come by to give a free estimate. We agreed that he would set out traps and when no sign of squirrels, he would seal off their entryways with wire mesh. It was clear to Sean right away where the squirrels were getting in and out. He put traps out and within a couple of days, caught our three squirrel tenants and promptly removed them. When he came back to install the wire mesh, he found another place on the roof that the squirrels were using. Our roof is high, and has many peaks and hard to access corners. Sean did an excellent job of sealing everything off and we are no longer losing sleep worrying about the squirrels in our roof. His cost is reasonable (given that he had to harness himself to our roof and practically hang upside down to get at the top peak in order to seal it off). He also sealed off the soffits down the length of our house on two levels. And he guarantees his work for two years. I would recommend his services to anyone, he is very nice, calm, efficient and professional and you will not be disappointed.

We had an issue with mice in the middle of March. Initially, we had hired someone else who identified two openings and simply left some bait before taking off. Some time passed, and we still found there to be activity. Luckily, we got in contact with Sean who responded quickly to do a thorough inspection of our home. He even climbed up to our roof to seal up several suspicious points of entry. Turns out there was mouse activity in our attic as well. Sean left more bait in key areas. He returned every 2 weeks until we could confirm that our problem was resolved. At the end, he graciously cleaned up mouse droppings in the problem areas. We appeared to have some rodent issues in the house we recently bought and were looking for an experienced company to help us out. We were lucky enough to find Elementary Pest management and its exceptional owner Sean. Sean calmly discussed the issues we were having over the phone and arranged to come out for a free inspection the next day. He arrived right on time with a clearly marked van and wearing company branded clothes. He carefully inspected our entire property for issues and pointed out all the places where we may experience pest problems, including giving us advice on what to look out for in future. He looked at the droppings left in our basement and straight away identified that our issue was with rats. He informed us that if you have rats in a place you won't also have mice there, which was a relief. He then offered to deal with the problem by putting out bait stations and gave us a quote for this service. We decided that the price for this service was reasonable, wanted the issue sorted and so agreed to go ahead. He then went back to his van and quickly set up 5 bait stations, which he placed both inside at the site of the issue and around the perimeter of our property. He also mixed up a solution to deal with the rodent smell in our basement. He then arranged to come back in two weeks to check and refill the bait stations again. He was very accommodating when I had to reschedule this second appointment. He turned up again when we had agreed and checked all the different bait boxes. We were both very surprised to find that there was minimal activity. Despite me pulling out my credit card to pay for this second visit he refused to be paid as he did not have to restock the stations. I am very grateful for Sean's excellent service, detailed explanations of all the issues and overall professionalism and would strongly recommend him as the 'elementary' choice if you have any unwanted little guests around your property.

Sean came prepared to give a quote and do the work immediately so I didn't have to wait long to fix our mouse issue or bother our tenants more than necessary. He went well above the call of duty, even fixing my loose vents and dryer duct where the mice could climb into our duplex.
