This is my second visit to Sheni's Auto in two years, I am extremely impressed and cannot emphasize enough how satisfied I am. I had numerous inquiries, and they efficiently addressed every single one. The service provided was consistently exceptional, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and punctuality. Sheni's undoubtedly offers the finest service available, surpassing my experiences at four other establishments where I hesitated to entrust my AMG c43 Coupe. Sheni's has earned my lifelong patronage, and Maia at the reception desk is delightful to interact with.Psssstt. they have a lovely dog inside which you can pet while you get your oil changed

I took my 2021 BMW X2 M35i to Sheni’s to have the rear fog lights inspected and repaired if needed. They completed the work on time and on budget. Service staff were all very friendly. The shop is clean, attractive and has a comfortable lounge for customers to wait while their cars get serviced. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Went to Sheni's to get my Dad's Mercedes worked on for engine/trans mounts. The advisor and staff are very nice, knowledgeable and explained everything that was done to the car. Despite having issues with seizing of bolts from rust and power steering issues, they got it done within reasonable time and did not charge any more than what I was quoted for. The showroom is nice, the shop is clean, and I can tell they are good at what they do and are very professional. We are gonna bring our cars for more future work. From the start, the receptionist was very friendly. The advisor is very knowledgeable and I can say this shop is very honest. I had an oil leak and checked at other shops prior who would say it was my valve cover leaking oil. When I came in here, upon inspection, they found out that it was in fact, not the Valve cover. It was a result from a previous shop's poor work which caused leaks everywhere. I am very happy with this shop's customer service and vehicle service, and would highly recommend them.

As a first time Mercedes owner, I was unsure of what I really needed on my very low mileage, new to me, E550. So after reading reviews and making some phone calls, I chose Sheni's Auto-Trend to perform my first maintenance and inspection. We'll, I'm glad i did! I spoke with other shops over the phone who told me with the age of the car, I needed to do all of my fluids...without even seeing the cars.Sheni's quickly earned my trust and business by performing a quick, fairly prices service and not upselling or making recommendations that I don't need. I started using shenis in September when I needed some work done to my car. they came up as one of the highest rated Bmw shops in the city and that rating is true. They explain what needs to be done and why, and I never feel like I've been taken advantage of when I leave. all of the staff that I've met are super friendly and attentive. They also have dogs there so that's cool too.
