We had never been to this location before but we were pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly and the food was yummy. They're working on a bit of a reduced menu, but that didn't seem to affect anything. We were very happy with our experience and we will definitely be back.

Went for lunch on Saturday. The winter warm up menu is delicious. Service as excellent. Our waitress Laurie was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be going back soon.

Exceptional service here from the moment we entered to when we were leaving. Huge portions, so you can easily plan on having some lunch for tomorrow. Everything we ordered was exactly as it was described on the menu. You really know what you’re getting here!

Food was great, the server loved doing what she was...it showed when she interacted with us. The staff did a great job cleaning the booths between customer turns. Pretty impressive.

Service is very good. My husband had a hot chicken sandwich, which he loved. I had the wrap and it was very disappointing. It has the grill marks on it so you would assume it was freshly made, but it is a cold sandwich, right out of the fridge with soggy tomatoes and lettuce. So does swiss chalet make these the day before and throw them in the fridge or do they recieve them already made and sell them? I took 1/2 home and still didnt eat it. Fries and dip were very good.

My husband and I went yesterday for our anniversary (39 Yrs) and everything was top notch. Food was awesome. Surprise at the end is when they brought us a piece of cheesecake with strawberry sauce, whipped cream and a touch of caramel sauce on the house. YUMMERS :) Thank you so much for the awesome service. We enjoyed ourselves soooo much. :) Lori was awesome :)

We love this place.Service is excellent.CAA have 10 % discount reg priced orders.We are Seniors , so using coupons is very helpful.Try their beef hamburgers, big and juice.We visit at least 2 times a month.Thanks

UPDATE: I now understand that the ice cream shack is not associated with Swiss Chalet, and I apologize for the error. their ice cream shack in the parking lot is pretty cheap with the ice cream. you can get twice as much for less money at just about any other place serving ice cream. they are newly opened, and already word around town is not worth it". I'll go back for the restaurant

We absolutely loved the wings and the Thai chili sauce. Our daughter and son-in-law said the ribs and chicken combo was very good. A new favorite in Elliott Lake.
