My experience of this beautiful new place, built from the ground up, I might add, is nothing but stellar. All I ask is to please let your clients know that they are in a high crime area and need to secure their vehicles and be diligent when out and about.

Very thankful for a place like this, where we could stay during the time our baby was in the hospital. Very friendly staff and great service. There is a couple of reasons I left a four star instead of a five star. The one thing is that the place is outdated. The other reason is that the rooms don't have private bathrooms or showers, (good news to that is that the new Ronald McDonald House is opening this summer, which is supposed to have private bathrooms in each room). Also it was a little disappointing that we had to wear masks in the public areas.

My sister stayed here while my niece was in the hospital. Great play rooms and space for kids, volunteers provide excellent food a few times a week. Family could come and visit. My only complaint would be parking, but that was trivial when considering how much easier it was for my sister and brother in-law to be able to see their baby girl everyday.

It was a very good experience considering our situation. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. We didn't have to worry about meals and even Christmas felt a little more like Christmas.Thank you to you all. It really is a home away from home

This organization used to be something to be proud of. They are actively evicting 4-year-old children with leukemia because they are not vaccinated. The vaccine does not prevent the spread of covid-19, and those who have had covid have an immune response that is 27 times stronger than the vaccine and this has been proven. I am asking all who read this review to boycott this organization, bring them to justice as this segregation is pure evil and doesn't have any scientific bearing whatsoever. This has gone on long enough. I am truly disgusted.Update: nice to see you reversed your decision, but your backpedaling is completely embarrassing. You still tried to do what you did and it won't be forgotten.

Oh my gosh! This place is amazing. There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for this place! It is very clean there and the people working there are all open and friendly! There is free breakfast every morning, free supper on some nights. They have a fridge that is available to everyone to take from as well as a separate fridge and freezer that you get a bin for for your own goods. There were always freshly baked goods there while we were there. The bathrooms are shared and everyone cleans up after themselves. They have a huge variety of products you can use in the bathrooms. Our room had a sink in it, a tv, a dresser. The room is pretty small but you really only sleep in there. This place is so cheap and such a huge burden is taken off of you when you have a place like this to stay at when your child is in the hospital.I am so thankful that this exists!

I am utterly disappointed in their so called new policy! I really hope you guys will change that. I can definitely see lots of people will stop donating. I for one will stop until the policy changes about the vaccine status!Really disgusted by that.
